SETTING UP YOUR SOFTWARES
1. Sign up for a Webex tool like Zoom, Jitsi, Webroom, Mozilla Hubs, Microsoft Teams,
Cisco Webex, GoToWebinar, ezTalk, etc to conduct your class. Just do a quick google
search and you’ll know it all

2. Zoom is currently one of world’s most popular and widely used softwares. It has
upgraded the security features aggressively recently, and has launched impressive
interactive features too. We like it a lot, especially the Webinar functionality - so we’re
using it for demonstration purposes during the Guide.

3. Any drivers for your hardware - XP Pen Tablet, Camera, keyboard, etc.

4. Advisable to use a student management software like Reportcard to manage your


students + schedules in one place.

PRE-CLASS - Use a Google Calendar or any other similar tool and
PREPARATIONS ensure no class scheduling overlaps and proper class
planning
