to new customers and showcase themselves in different areas.
2. Services and Products: The business focuses on what they have and what they specialize
at. They do not include services and products that they are not familiar with nor are they
ready for.
3. Decisions: The business makes sure that the decisions made by the employees are talked
about thoroughly as to have understanding within the business. The business can back track
and trace problems through the decisions made by each employee which would allow them
to learn from their experiences.

2. Organization’s Departmental Structure: Lack of proper department system that can
cause poor decision making instead of relying on higher officers or the company head.
3. Leadership Style: Majority of the decisions are made by the Family head and it is more
on democracy and open-minded style.
4. Lack of Digital Storage: Doesn’t utilize digital appliances when recording vast amounts

affect the strategic management of the company due to poor communication and lack of
productivity.
3. Lack of Proper Leadership: The lack of diversity and assigned administrators within the
company can inadvertently affect data accuracy due to the lack of proper leadership.
4. Data Loss: Digital storages are efficient when storing huge amounts of data in a small
space, the lack thereof, would mean that the data of the company can easily be exploited
due to the data being in the open without any security protocols. In addition to that, the
company would be vulnerable to data loss since there would be no backups for the data.
5. Data Theft: Physical security is important to avoid data theft. The lack of physical security
would make the database of the company even more vulnerable since unauthorized

XII. Business Reference Model
The Business Reference Model is a graphical representation whose goal is to develop and express
a high-level picture of how the Federal government accomplishes its different objectives in terms
of business to all interested parties. With the use of this model, the company can achieve uniformity
through proper management across all branches while having a secure dissemination of processes
towards the departments and branches of the company.
17
XIII. Application Reference Model
The Application Reference Model (ARM) is a functional framework that supports Federal
agencies and is driven by business needs. It categorizes application capabilities based on how they
contribute to business and/or performance goals. Through the utilization of this model, the
company can have a proper information exchange, process alignment and software processes. In
addition to that, the company can continue to operate regardless of a technical issue amidst a
business process.
18
XIV. Data Reference Model
The DRM is a framework whose principal goal is to allow information exchange and reuse
throughout the government by promoting universal data management practices and standardizing
the description and discovery of common data. It also provides comprehension of the meaning of
data, how to access it, and how to leverage it to enhance performance results by facilitating
identification of existing data holdings lying in "silos." Since the importance of having secured
data is paramount to a company, the use of this model can lead to a systematized integration of
data and accessibility. Data must be collected across numerous branches, and the use of the data
reference model can alleviate the problems faced through integration and uniformity.
19
XV. Technical Reference Model
The Technical Reference Model (TRM) serves as a foundation for building technology
architectures by providing a reference of general platform services and technological aspects. In
addition to that, it is also a set of architectural and solution building blocks that will, in the end,
provide a platform for business and infrastructure applications to deliver application and
infrastructure services. Businesses and companies must have compatible software and hardware
components. Companies can make use of this model to make the system compatible and in order
so the system can attain interoperability. Aside from that, the company can utilize this model so
that they can have an optimal and affordable system that would be on par with the standards so
that it could support the technical endeavors that the company may face.
20
XVI. Performance Reference Model
The Performance Reference Model (PRM) is intended to connect investments or activities to the
strategic goal set out by agencies and the federal government. It is a reference model that focuses
on the functional and organizational components of a company's main business. Companies must
be able to assess every sector in order to progress, through the use of the performance reference
model, companies can identify the sectors of the company that require improvements through the
overall measurement of the system through the performance measurement model.
21

22

times due to holidays or company meetings, promotion of new parts and apparel for sale and the
status of motorcycles left in the company branch for maintenance or modifications
The information given thru SMS are the following:
