NARRATIVE REPORT ON DISTRIBUTION OF MODULES CUM REPORT


CARD ISSUANCE AS ONE OF THE SCHOOL’S BEST PRACTICES

On June 15, 2021 Don Felix de Leon Memorial School conducted module distribution and the

issuance of Pupils’ Report Card. The parents signed the logbook to prove their attendance. The

aimed of the activity is to distribute the modules intended for the said week. It started with a prayer

and small talks from the school principal immediately followed. The parents received and retrieved

the module for the particular week ensuring that they are following the health protocol of

disinfection and social distancing. The said issuance concluded at exactly 10:00 am, an hour late to

the expected time because an open forum about the class standing was given by the teacher. The

principal then reminded the parents of their responsibilities in this trying time of pandemic.

The parents, teacher and the principal agreed to have another meeting next issuance.
