AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, RODY DAFORTE, of legal age, married, Filipino and with office address at 401, AIC Center,
Escolta St., Binondo, Manila, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am an IT Manager of Olympus Marketing, Inc., a service-type business and a third-party


service provider in the Philippines;

2. That I was present and personally saw that accused, Ms. Olive Senen, was frequently visiting
websites that were not being used in the in the regular course of our business;

3. That I have access to all the inbound and outbound marketing communications of Olympus
Marketing, Inc;

4. That Ms. Olive Senen have used the company email for numerous times, offering same
services to other company as that of Olympus Marketing, Inc.;

5. That Ms. Olive Senen was also employed to Moon Services and emailed clients of Olympus
Marketing, Inc. allegedly on behalf of Moon Services;

6. That Ms. Olive Senen used the internet and email access of Olympus Marketing, Inc. for
personal purposes by disseminating client information to Moon Services and dealing with the
latter’s clients, prospect or otherwise;

7. That Ms. Olive Senen sent the “Strategic Marketing Plan 2021” of Olympus Marketing Inc. to a
certain Leni Robredo.
