Areas Of Concern
01. Aditional works by QNBN for the ITS & QNBN works. 09. Claim against Engineer's Instruction to provide additional Engineer's site offices and offices equipment.

02. Renewal of RO for phase 01. 10. Claim against Engineer's instruction to procure backfilling, subgrade, subbase from QPMC exclusively.
03. SWD Trench collapsed due to unstable soil condition interrupting the flow of work progress leading for delay. 11. ESD recommendations for new rates did not consider for the allocation of the items in bill wise.

04. Delay in obtaining RO has negative impact to whole WO-07 by time and cost.
05. Change request for completion date: waiting response.
