Presented is the diagram clarifying the production of ethanol fuel from corn.

Overall, it is clear that the whole process includes total 8 primary steps, starting from the collection of
corn and ending with the delivery of final product, which is ethanol. Also noteworthy is the fact that it
usually takes around 3 days for the process to create ethanol fuel.

Corn is collected from paddies and then stored in order to maintain the freshness. After that, it is milled
and cooked for around 4 hours. Following this, the processed corn is then fermented, this fermentation
process often requires up to 2 days.

The next step starts as fermented corn is divided in terms of 2 diverging forms : solid and liquid, each of
these forms does have its own function. While the solid is utilized to produce by-product, the liquid ones
undergoes a further purification process. Raw ethanol is purified so as to remove any unwanted
impurities. Finally, the ethanol fuel is kept in storage at favorable condition before being transported to
gas stations, ready to be sold.
