AGUILAR, ANDRES DELA CANSADA, LINO DELA CANSADA, and GABRIEL DELA
CANSADA and grandchildren of the late SPOUSES LEON DELA CANSADA AND MARIA
AGUA (Hereinafter referred to as Decedent) ;;

That the Decedent died without leaving any last will and testament;

That, at the time of death, Decedent left two (2) parcels of land with
improvements (coco & mango trees) situated in Labangon, Sorsogon City, Philippines,
particularly identified as follows:

1. LOT NO. _______, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF ____ SQUARE METERS,

MORE OR LESS, AND COVERED UNDER TCT No. 13866 AND TAX
DECLARATION NO. _____; AND

capacity to contract, by these presents agree to adjudicate, as they hereby adjudicate,
the subject property unto themselves pro indiviso.
