I think the project manager must know be:

visualize, plan, implement, close

a project manager first should have the knowledge about

1- how to do a plan for a project. (first list all the activities that should occur in the project then set
a proper duration for them, then arranged them and of course take into consideration the duration of
the project, start date, and end date and any delay, and update the plan of the project if there are any
delay in the project (like SHO project/ maybe decrease the field visits but not cancel them or increase
the member team / in this time we need to increase the budgets and cut other expensive)or and make
sure the project finish on time.

2- how to implement the project: first use the resource (including budgets and human resources
and maybe in some time the machines if we have any other resources in a proper way, right time, and
the right place.

3- visualize if we have any problems (risk management) and take action to solve this problem
immediately.

4- deliver the project within a budget and with the best quality and under the time were set for
them.

Performance of The Line Manager (filled by employee)

? Am I getting constructive performance and behavior feedback on a regular basis?

I have been working with Both of them, both are given me good and positive feedback if I am doing any
kind of tasks on time and properly. and if there any change, we change what it’s necessary, by a positive
mode.

Was I mentored and coached by my manager?

Does my manager support me on my learning and development plan?

Of course he propose list of courses on care academy that can help me to develop my knowledge maybe
(propose sphere book and I was taking this courses ) and propose ( management course and also I was
taking this courses ) and of course they support me if I have new idea to the field and technically also .
