of mental health is that everyone of us regards of age, social status, religion, race, and any
other form of variation one thing’s for sure mental health is one of the prominent and
essential aspect that everyone of us must take care of. Personally, I also experienced this
kind of mental health issue and I’m still striving and coping every single day to be the better
version of myself.

c. How would you react if you noticed these in someone you care about?

- The reaction that I might do is to be sad but at the same time to be helpful, to let them know
and feel that there was still somebody extending nor lending arms for them.

d. How might taking action benefit you and the person you care about?

- Taking action would essentially benefit everyone in order to cope up and fight in preventing
the stigma to everyone.
e. What actions could you take to help someone who is exhibiting these signs and
symptoms?

- The action nor the help that everyone can do when signs and symptoms are appearing is to
be sensitive and let them know that there would be someone who can lend their ear and
arms to listen to their stories. Letting them feel that they are seen, heard, and matters.

f. What do you believe is important for anyone to be aware of if they know someone with
this mental health issue?

aware of is that we must be sensitive and let them know that they are heard and seen for
this matter.

What differed?

- The experiences that is related from this story is that once also in my life, I’ve felt that no
one in this existence cares for me. No one wants to be with me. No one sees my worth. That
no one loves me. But the thing that differs from this story is that I haven’t let them to let my
guards down. I continued to strive for myself. Prioritized the self-love and cope up with the
challenges I have faced in this existence.
