 Maggi cubes, cheese, butter, milk, different types of sauces, chilli, vegetables,
meat, food, pickle, dry fruits, dry fish, fish, chocolates

 Rice, curry/dal, vegetable/fish/meat. Breakfast - milk n chapattis with cheese
or jam

10) Describe your current refrigerator? Do you have any problem with your current refrigerator?
 Current refrigerator is a single door.

1) Who are we empathizing with?


Roshni is 23 years old working individual who works in day shift for kotak bank as an
HR. She is currently staying in Mumbai but she came from Delhi. She came Mumbai 7,
8 months back in 2 bhk flat. She stay with her 4 friends. She has refrigerator and she use
it every day for keeping fruits, vegetable, eggs, fish, etc.

2) What do they need to do:


As she used to stay alone so she bought 200liters of refrigerator. but now from last 4
months she is staying with her four friends so she was planning to buy new refrigerator
because the old is not enough she wants to keep more fruits, vegetables, fish, water,
drinks etc. so that’s why she is planning to buy new one.

3) What do they see?


They saw variety of refrigerator in reliance digital and as well as online. Currently she
wants to buy but she is confuse from where to buy. There is prices differences but she is
not sure whether the product will work well if we buy it from online. So that’s why she is
confused.
4) What do they say?
 If we had a 350 litter of fridge, we could store more eggs, milk, vegetables, fish,
rice, bread etc. So that they don’t need to go market again and again they will buy
in more quantity.
 Where to sell this old fridge should we sell it on olx or should we exchange it
from flipkart or amazon.
 Still confused which brand to buy currently using LG.

They store all items like rice, dal, fish, eggs, water, etc. And also store that items which
require low temperature.

 Don’t pay LG this time. Hier is better than LG.
 Increase your budget or else if you don’t have enough cash buy it on EMI.
