and now everything is done through finger tips. Technology has really opened up more for us to communicate.
Beside that technology has also changed the way of communication that we used to have in older days like letters
etc. Now we have many options to communicate and the great thing is that we can choose the best suitable for us.
Let us take a brief look on how technology has reshaped our communications in modern time.

 EDUCATION
Technology is increasingly being used inside and outside the classroom. It is being used in innovative ways in order to
aide in teaching. The internet, for example, is being used to give out grades, assignments and even lessons.

 TIME MANAGEMENT
Time management has now become easier with the help of modern technological tools. These tools have helped in
optimizing the daily working routine and enabling the employees to focus on the most important task.

 ACCESSING MORE INFORMATION:


The Internet providing much more knowledge on just a click. This means there is unlimited data that can be explored,
about any topic that wasn’t possible previously, limited only by our own ability to find, absorb, and store this
information.

 FASTER & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS:


New technology has enabled remote working, teleconferencing and co-working space which has completely reshaped
the modern workplace. Mobile and cloud technology has allowed instant and remote access which enables internet-
based service models. This has resulted in interconnected workplaces not tied to one location, but many.

 REDUCING THE RISK OF SECURITY BREAKS:


With the use of technology, the threat of data thefts and leaks have been reduced. Proper security measures are being
implemented in the workplace that helps in keeping important information safe.
 While technology is the culprit behind a decline in face-to-face talking, we have to give credit to technology for
opening up new ways for expanding the limited communication options we had available in the past.
