Kulmiye General Services Limited was founded by Managing Director, Abdulkadir Abukar.
Our operations office in Mogadishu is located in KM4, Wabari District where we employ
over 400 people to enable us effectively and efficiently undertake our operations.
Kulmiye General Services Limited through its related company by way of common
directorship Abraar Commodities Trading LLC located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates also
specializes in procurement and shipping services. Abraar Commodities Trading LLC retains
Adulkadir Abukar as the Managing Director.

& resources, developed & perfected by our team has enabled us through expert team
reputes of professionals to provide unparalleled & intensive service.

property management. The company embarked upon its journey in the year 2012 with a

SECURITY SERVICES
The coming of the new dispensation in Somalia has brought with it increased economic
activity. Several UN bodies have set up operations in the Country. The general existence of
insecurity in the country can therefore not be ignored and therefore the need of security
becomes imperative. Even our Government has recognized the need of private security
system. The present strength of the state force is not adequate to deal with the increasing
requirements.
Kulmiye brings the industry an international standard of services. We at Kulmiye train our
staff that they are the eyes and ears of the client. The owners cannot watch everything
round the clock. They rely on security to look after their interests at all times. A result

Mr. Abukar Mohamed, has been actively involved in management of security operations for
past 10 years. He has significant and relevant experience in all aspects of security up to and
including managing the security needs of visiting head of state. Mr. Abukar Mohamed has
also built an extensive network of relation with security professionals in both government
and non-governmental organizations. He has been guiding Kulmiye to realize that constant
change is the only step forward towards the future
Gen. Noor Mohamed (Advisor) is a former Deputy Director National Intelligence Security
Agency , Government of Somalia .He has wide ranging experience in the field of internal
security to curb the subversive and nepharieus activities of the anti-national elements, He
has varied experience in examining cases through secret enquiries, Conducting operation,
counter Terrorisms, Industrial security, VIP-Security, Knowledge of overseeing of
immigration and other security matters of the airport, He has participated in interaction
with other organization Depts. to brief and sensitized about security very frequently.

Kulmiye General Services Limited is a well renouned Construction Company in Somalia. We
have a battery of trained and skilled workforce, which handles construction work at various
levels, depending upon the kind of construction techniques and utility of the buildings.
During more than 5 years of experience in this field, we have earned wide appreciation by
offering superior quality industrial and commercial building construction services in Somalia.
While constructing industrial and commercial buildings, we pay meticulous attention to
diverse factors such as safety, surroundings and corporate look.
We deliver high quality solutions in construction, civil engineering and real estate

Over the past 5 years, Kulmiye has been invited to tender for and subsequently won
contracts of increasing value and prestige. We have built up our manpower and equipment
base by investing in and developing a team with a strong presence across the country, in
order to meet the growing demand for our services. Having started with a small office in
Mogadishu, our workforce now totals approximately 200 people, across all locations
operate from.
We maintain a qualified and highly skilled staff to undertake our projects. We assemble a
team comprising a project, civil and electrical engineers to ensure that we undertake our
contracts professionally and to the satisfaction of our clients.
We maintain an internal quality control on all projects to ensure that our civil engineering
and construction works meet international standards and client. This approach provides
quality assurance and ensures effective continuity.
Shakib Mindiri is the Projects Engineer. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Civil
Engineering. He has over 12 years experience in project management. He previously worked
with Kenya Pipeline Company Limited in the position of Chief Civil Engineer and was a
member of the project team that handled a Kshs14 Billion Line IV project comprising a
parallel 14 inch Nairobi- Eldoret Pipeline , pump stations and related facilities.
Mohamed Ali Sheikh Mohamud is with us in the capacity of Civil Engineer. Mohamed holds
a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has over 5 years experience as a Civil Engineer
having been engaged with Al-Kheirat Trading Company and Communities Trading and
Contracting Company in similar capacity. He has been engaged in the construction of
barrages, siphons and irish crossings.
Fredrick Philip is the Electrical Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical
Engineering. He has over 8 years experience in electrical and electronics engineering. He
previously worked with Libran Electro Services Limited as the Company Engineer where he
was engaged in various projects with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Vincent Omondi is the Finance Manager .He is a member of the Institute of Certified
Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He has over 10 years experience and has developed expertise
in areas of financial restructuring.
We conduct a rigorous recruitment exercise to ensure that we only recruit and retain the
best. We have a comprehensive training program for our human resource that ensures
continuous professional development thereby enabling us to provide not only efficient but
also effective service to our clients.
Kulmiye has successfully completed and handed over a portfolio of projects worth USD
80Million and the current pipeline of work represents a value of US$ 33 million.
Contracted by Turkish Corporation & Cordination Agency (TIKA) to contract 23 Kilometres asphalt
road and pavement in Mogadishu. Project underway, expected completion date April 2014.
