you are trying to say, asks relevant questions, gives structured answers to questions. Ability to learn
new concepts. 
Attitude : Willingness to learn and work, co-operation, positive approach to problems, open & willing
to new ideas.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to get along and interact positively with co-workers.

Team work : Working cooperatively with others to resolve issues, which impede accomplishment of
results. Putting Organizational Goals before personal objectives.

Analytical Thinking: The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential
approach.

Customer orientation: The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one's external and/or
internal customers.

Numeric Ability: Understanding of basic mathematical concepts – Percentages, Rate of Interest,
