The teachers and school head of Collado Elementary School met to plan and construct the school improvement plan for the 2020-2022 school years. Their objectives were to devise a plan for new normal education and prepare the school for distance learning. Each teacher provided suggestions, which were discussed and narrowed down. The resulting school improvement plan will guide interventions over three years to help teachers provide quality education to learners despite changes brought by the pandemic.

Description The aim of this activity is to plan and construct the school

Objectives The activity aims to:
 To devise and plan the school improvement plan
under the New Normal Education,
 To prepare the school, teachers, learners and
stakeholders for the distance learning.
Preliminaries Prior to this activity, each teachers will bring atleast five
suggestions for the construction of the school
improvement plan.

the help of the community and other stakeholder, will
undertake within a period of three consecutive school
years.
The meeting was presided by the school head
Dexter L. Matias. Teachers bring their suggestions about
the school improvement plan. They list down all their
suggestions and review it. They dropped all the
unnecessary or least important suggestions.
With the perseverance of the teachers and school
head, the SIP of Collado Elementary School was made.
This plan will help teachers to give quality education to
the learners.
