DYLAN : Yeah! I agree with you bro. don’t do you know that
recreational activities has two categories namely Indoor and
Outdoor activities.
DYLAN : You are right!. I want to share also the 2nd type of
recreational game. The outdoor activity, engaged in out of doors,
most commonly in natural settings. It involves exceptional excitement,
physical challenge, or risk, it is referred as "adventure recreation" or
"adventure training" like camping, hiking, we can also include sports which
are done outside like soccer or it can be outdoor swimming.
ETHAN: Very well said, Dylan. Oh! Why are you sad?
DYLAN : But some people do not engage themselves in any activities.
Some are also abusing the welfares of doing such activity. Like, playing
video games. Children’s now a days play games until midnight. It’s not
healthy at all, they ruin their physical, emotional, mental and social health.
It’s not good for the body. They do not realize the importance of
recreational games.
ETHAN: Yes, Such people always suffer from one or the other ailment.
DYLAN: You are absolutely right, Ethan.
ETHAN: I think, recreational activity for all families should be made
compulsory with proper restrictions either in indoor and outdoor especially
we have this global pandemic. This will help them reduce stress, anxiety,
longing to their family members and mental health problems.
DYLAN: I agree. Recreational activities will keep each family a healthy and
teach them discipline. Also they are enjoying, finding leisure and always
compose themselves with fun moment’s together.
ETHAN: Discipline is very essential for the progress of an individual as well
as the nation as a whole.
DYLAN : It is right said that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy.
ETHAN: According to a saying, only a healthy mind can realize God.
DYLAN : But a healthy mind can live only in a healthy body. For keeping a
healthy body, recreational games are very important.
ETHAN: recreational games also teach us the spirit of sportsmanship,
unity and camaraderie.
DYLAN : I agree with you. Recreational games also develop the quality of
leadership among the students.
ETHAN: Health is wealth, is an old saying. Therefore, to maintain our
health we must do leisure or fun activities.
DYLAN : Yes. You are right. May I take leave of you now? I am getting
late for my tennis game.
