If applicable, documentation of change of name
*) Transcript of records/final diplomas in the original language + official translation/diploma
supplement.

2. Additional documentation requirements – to be sent directly by post by 1. December 2018.

a) Applicants who have completed their university education in Cameroon, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana,
Nigeria, Philippines, Sudan and USA must send their educational documents as hard copies directly
from the university college/university, in addition to uploading the documents online.

b) Applicants who have completed their university education in China and Pakistan are required to
submit verification reports via regular mail or delivery service, in addition to uploading the
documents online.

*China – verification reports provided by CDGDC or CHSI


*Pakistan – Diploma and all pages of the transcript of records must be certified by the Higher
Education Commission (HEC)

3. Signature and Declaration

I am familiar with the regulations concerning admission to master’s degree programmes at the University of
Agder. I have thoroughly researched the steps concerning “how to apply” for the programme(s) of my choice.
I hereby confirm that all uploaded documents are authentic documents. The University of Agder may contact
the originator of the diploma/transcripts to check its authenticity. I am aware that I am responsible for
presenting original diplomas, transcripts of records and certificates upon request. I understand that incorrect,
lacking or deceptive information will affect the processing of my application. Any forgery will be affected by §
182 of the Norwegian General Civil Penal Code and will be reported to the police.
