I. Course Description:
The course covers thorough analyses on elements of crimes under different titles and its
amendments and applicability in the administration of justice with emphasizes on recent
principles of law, jurisprudence and special laws while recognizing the fundamental rights of
a person as provided in the Constitution, Revised Penal and other relevant statutes.

Students are expected to comply with the following:

V. Computation of Grades: The passing score is 50% of the total items in the examinations.
: The passing grade for the semester is 75% or 3.00.
: The basis for the computation of the semester grade is as follows:
-Midterm grade: 30% Class standing and 70% midterm examination Final Grade: 30% Class standing
and 70% final examination
-Semester grade: 50% midterm grade and 50% final grade
