Final Project Assessment has three parts;


 Home Based Project Report Weightage: 10 Absolute Marks
 Video Tutorials Weightage: 10 Absolute Marks
 Final Presentation Weightage: 5 Absolute Marks

Instructions:

 It’s a group-based project. 4 - 5 members


 Every group has to perform certain tasks on ERP software – Odoo
 Build your company profile on the given software by performing necessary activities.
 Show all these steps by taking screenshots and attached them to a word document,
enter appropriate headings to show the whole process & report explanation.
 Submit a final project Video Tutorial. GroupWise presentation dates will be shared
shortly. The time duration is 15 mins for each group.
 All Submissions are made on LMS. No Submission will be accepted via email
 Convert your reports and presentation in PDF in case of a size issue.
 Demonstrate your learnings in your report and presentation.
 Evaluation of the project will be based on Accuracy, Novelty, and Professionalism.
 Late submission will not be entertained.
 Do mention the username and password of Odoo
 Plagiarism is not acceptable

GUIDELINES OF Final Project
 Create your sign-in account on Odoo by using any of your email addresses.
 Create your company Database on Odoo with an appropriate company
name. Confirm your 90 Months Trail period.
 Download the necessary applications of Odoo to create a company
 Each group has to select two Business Unit i.e. Manufacturing, Human
Resource, Website, and others.
 Each Group will select two applications/modules of each Business Unit. In
Total 4 applications/modules (two from each business unit).
 Each group has to list down the processes of the applications.
 Each group has to make a video tutorial of these processes.
 Show the effects of the process on other Business Units or modules.
 Show all the interpretation, explanation of reports generated from each
application/module.
 Video tutorials should be made in such a way that you will demonstrate
and explain all the processes and functionalities of each
application/module.
 Each group has to make a word report with the attached screenshot of
processes and functionalities of applications/modules.
 Each group should give appropriate explanations of these processes and
functionalities.

Guideline for Final Presentation.

 Each group has to give a final presentation.


 Each group member will participate in the final presentation.
 For the final presentation, I will select two applications out of 4 for each
which are to be presented in front of the class.
 You can make a final presentation or use your video tutorial to present in
front of the class.
 During the presentation, the attendance of each group member is
compulsory.

 Video Cam of presenting group should be switch on. It’s mandatory.
 15 Minutes is the maximum time allocated to each group. Question &
Answer session time is also included in 15 minutes. So plan your
presentation accordingly.
 Marks will be deducted if any group exceeds the time limit.
 Other groups will be awarded marks on asking relevant questions in the
Q&A session.
