Subject : Request for Approval 3 Month Vacation

Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is to state that I would like to request for three (3) month vacation from (15 Jan 20) to
(15 April 20). I will be back at the job on (16 April 20). My marriage arranged February 2020, therefore; I
have to make the necessary arrangements for the wedding. I plan to take some time off from work, as
there is no other helping hand in the family.

If there are any questions or any concern, you can reach me at 0091 934 000 0604 and while on vacation;
I will be constantly checking my email. You can reach me at [email protected] during
vacations.

Please accept the request for vacation and I am sending you a formal invitation to attend the wedding.
