1. What are the key things I should
ensure before I attempt this course?

A. The key things to ensure before attempting the course are as follows:
1. Supported browser is Chrome, hence attempt the course in Chrome browser only.
2. Do ensure that pop-ups are enabled in Chrome

2. How do I access the Policy on
Prevention of Sexual Harassment
(POPSH) course on LMS?

A. Please follow any of the approaches below to access the course:


1. Login to Next platform using MobilePass+.
2. Once you successfully login to Next. Use the search bar on the upper right of the
screen and type POPSH and press enter to initiate search.
3. From the search results click “Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POPSH)”.
4. In the new Tab, press START to begin the course.

3. While accessing Sumtotal LMS
through Next I get the following
Error?

A. This is a known temporary access error. The error can be resolved in one of the following two
ways:
1. Close the error tab. Use search option in Next to search for the POPSH course and re-launch
the course.
2. Clear cache and cookies using the advanced Tab.

4. After completing the POPSH course,
the course still shows as incomplete
even if the quiz is completed and
passed with at least 80% score.
What should I do next and why does
it happen?

A. This is a known issue which is faced by learners. This usually happens when few of the slides in
the modules are quickly traversed through without reading the entire text in detail. The solution for
the same is as follows:
1. Launch the course. (Check above on how to launch the course)
2. Click on the following icon (upper right side of screen) to access the Modules list of the
POPSH course.

3. Please ensure that all modules have a green tick mark to signify the module is 100%
complete.
4. If any module displays a square box instead of a green tick mark then that module is
incomplete and needs to be fully completed.

5. Please complete any modules which are displaying as incomplete. The course will then
display 100% completed.

5. How to download the completion
certificate?

A. To download the certificate, please follow the steps below:


1. Login to SumTotal Capgemini LMS using the following link:

2. After logging-in, on the homepage click on the user icon on the upper left side of screen.

3. Select the Training Transcript option from the Menu.

4. Scroll through the list of Activities (Course Completed) and select the certificate icon next to
POPSH course to download the certificate:

6. While trying to login to Next I get
the following error. How should I
resolve it ?

A. To resolve the above error, please perform the following steps :


1. Clear cache and cookies using the advanced Tab.

2. Restart the browser.
3. Access the course after some time. Ensure that only Next and POPSH course related tabs are
kept open.

7. While accessing the course from
Next I get the following HTTP error?

A. The above error appears while accessing the course from Next. It will usually open two tabs in
the browser. One tab containing the homepage of the Sumtotal LMS and the other tab with the error.
Simply close the tab with error and continue with the course on the other tab.
