NCP Measles Case Pres

The patient presented with a fever for 3 days related to an inflammatory response. After 8 hours of nursing interventions including encouraging hand washing, administering Tylenol as needed, ensuring adequate bed rest and fluid intake, and monitoring temperature, the patient was able to maintain their body temperature with no signs of joint pain or decreased appetite. The nursing interventions were aimed at preventing the spread of infection, decreasing fever, promoting rest, and preventing dehydration. Evaluation showed the interventions were effective.
