CLASSES VI FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-22

The following is the combined list of selected candidates category wise in the order of
merit (row wise) for admission into Classes VI (Boys and Girls) for the academic year 2021-22 in
Sainik School Amethi. The admission is subject to medical fitness and verification of
original documents/ certificates to be submitted by candidates. Candidates not in receipt
of call up letters for admissions by 26 July 2021 should contact school on telephone No.
7897341142. The school is not responsible for any postal delay/ non receipt of Admission Call
Letter. The candidature of the candidates is subject to verification with the official list held with
the school. Decision of the school will be final and binding in case of any discrepancy/error in
printing.

Note:-

1. Call letters to the selected candidates indicating date of admission will be sent separately
through email & registered post.

2. Roll Numbers denoted with asterisk (*) were declared medically unfit during the initial
Medical Examination and their admission is subject to medical fitness in the Review Medical Board
held at MH Allahabad on 10 Jul 2021.

3. The School is not responsible for any postal delay/ non receipt of Admission Call Letter.
Candidates are advised to confirm the result from the school office during working hours (0830-

4. Waitlisted candidates will report for admission only if they receive call letter.

5. Admission of the candidates will be confirmed only subject to Medical Fitness certificate
issued by competent Medical Board and verification of certificates/documents.

6. Candidates must bring the following certificates/ documents in original and a copy:-

(a) A copy of the mark list


(b) Original call letter sent by school for admission
(c) Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by State Govt,
(d) Original TC duly countersigned by District Education Officer.
(e) Copy of Aadhaar Card
(f) Six latest passport size photographs & one full family photo with the candidate.
(g) Domicile /Permanent Residence Certificate for domicile quota.
(h) SC/ST/ OBC- NCL Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Quota.
(j) Income Certificate (for OBC-NCL Category and for Scholarship purpose)
(k) for availing Defence Quota, Part II Order, Service Certificate for Defence Serving
Personnel. Certificate from Zila Sainik Board, Discharge Certificate & PPO for Ex
Serviceman.
(l) Adoption Deed (if applicable)
(m) Agreement Bonds, Indemnity Certificates, Affidavits, Declarations, Undertaking,
Consent Letters etc as specified in the Joining Instructions
(n) Original Pass Book of Cadet (if the said bank facility available on campus or in the
vicinity)
