Position Summary
Learning Specialist – USI Career Growth & Development

Work you’ll do
Provide solutions across target workforce groups and job roles and help organization and business units take a more strategic view
of their communication development needs across the organization whilst offering very structured and tangible solutions:
• Assist clients and stakeholders in addressing their business challenges by maximizing performance of their employees
through leading-edge learning solutions
• Define, build and implement learning solutions that are aligned to business priorities to help drive impact
• Interact effectively with executive management to identify opportunities to improve employee performance and to lead
initiatives to implement improvements
• Design and deliver learning programs, both classroom and digital learning activities
• Support the creation of documents and presentations that will be used to convey important concepts and decision points
to our clients/stakeholders using both written and visual data
• Experience using design thinking and innovation practices
The team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement
with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent
Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Business Advisory team, you will work with our business
leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture.
Communication Excellence (CE) consists of learning and development professionals with skills across the learning domain from
design to implementation of enterprise-wide learning, focused on enhancing business communication competencies
Skills:
• Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change
initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, 6Ds(r), learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning
programs
• Understanding of businesses and market industries and their play in the learning environment
• Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
