some of serious injuries includes residual pain, neck pain, memory loss of ride passenger. But this

worked there for year and he knows how to manage such kind of bad news. We easily can say that
Thorton commit illicit behavior for the optimal return. According to the cases more than a billion
visits in amusement park and some of visitor directly like to taken thrill ride. It means that the
demand for Thrill ride was huge. For this demand Thorton believed the optimal return from thrill
ride will be huge that’s why Thorton commit such type of illicit behavior.

In some moment Thorton faces tragedy situation. In season 0ne, the incident report was written,
but no inspection, or assessment or adjustment to ride followed. But this report was hide by thorton
he continues to ride opened.

eH w
o.

safety record for thrill ride. But no alternative personnel in the park receive information about the
problem. There was no one else to whom employees could turn if Torthon was inaccessible.
o

apparently no higher level executive of the park is tracked the record. That’s why such occurrence
aC s

happened continually and they also continually opened the park. But here the other executive
observed all the occurrence and they can take some necessary step to reduce the occurrences. For
example, they can report to the senior personnel directly that thrill ride need more maintenance.

They can also provide right instruction to rider. When Thornton unable to track all the record
others executive should take all the necessary step and they should involve in reducing

mobile devices, with unprecedented processing power, storage capacity, and access to knowledge,
are unlimited this is also a reason. According to the we saw that Thorton was try to hide the incident
from public but he was failed make it hide. It’s tough to keep organizational crisis private. By
today or tomorrow it will be disclosed because of the technological advancement.

But this technological advancement affects the role of corporate excutive because some issue need
to hide. If it is not possible it will hamper the organizational output.

6. This crisis so mentioned took place in the U.S., but there are amusement parks all over the
world. Based on data regarding cross-cultural norms, describe how the process and

ANSWER: there are lots of amusement park exists all over the world. In U.S a park faces a crisis

eH w
that will threaten the survival of organization. U.S amusement park face lots of tragedy that was

o.
rs e
discussed in cases but that tragedy doesn’t consider and Thorton doesn’t take any necessary action
ou urc
to reduce the incident. Apparently they continued their thrill ride. With considering Thorton action
Asian country can handle the situation differently. Asian country can use signal detection more
o

appropriately as the first priority is the safety. Apparently to control and manage such deficiency,
aC s

amusement park should follow the three approaches for the rider safety; that are testing and
vi y re

inspection, maintenance, and oversight third party. We know that at top level amusement parks,
safety of the rider is the first priority. In this way Asian country amusement park can manage such
