The Most Interesting Class 1

The student found the most interesting class was a philosophy class taken in January 2021. Though some said it would be difficult, the teacher used real-life examples to explain concepts in an easy to understand way. While it addressed serious topics, the class was not just theory but relevant to everyday life. The only issue was the teacher's constant lecturing made students sleepy at the end. The student also enjoyed an English communication skills class with just 5-6 students. The small class size and friendly teacher made attending comfortable and helped improve English skills. They wished the class could have lasted longer. Another interesting class was a mathematics class in high school where the teacher's encouragement inspired a love of problem solving. I have attended many classes before so it is difficult for me to choose the most interesting one.

However, my favourite class is microeconomics. It is the first course I have learnt in my

university life so it was very impressive. In this course, I learnt basic knowledge about
economy and this was new for me because as you know, in high school I never learnt this kind
of subject. The teacher was nice, too. Honestly, the fact that my last result (I mean my final
exam was bad) but it was still one of the most interesting class in my first year at FTU. Of
course, after this course, I gained more knowledge and I have to try harder to become better
and I found out that economy was more complicated as I thought

IELTS speaking class was the most intriguing class I've ever taken. This was the only
academic course in which I excelled. In August of 2019, I began taking the course to prepare
for the IELTS exam. I got relatively decent outcomes with my abilities at the end of the 4-
month course. Despite having a basic knowledge of grammar in English, I have always
struggled to put my thoughts into words. Because this knowledge is often not found through
social networks, the teacher showed me how to brainstorm the ideas for the answer in 15
seconds in IELTS speaking part 1 and part 3 with real examples and games. With the
relatively challenging IELTS speaking part 2, I learnt how to paraphrase sentences, develop a
talk outline, and, most significantly, how to do all of this in under two minutes of preparation. In
conclusion, after completing my speaking course with my tutor, I was no longer frightened to
share my personal viewpoints with others. Not only that, but studying IELTS speaking has
aided me in developing a precise thought in a short period of time.

I think the most interesting class I’ve ever joined was the philosophy class. The class was held
in January 2021 and lasted for 3 months. This is a compulsory subject and I thought it would
be really difficult and boring according to some of my senior friends. The course contained
every aspect of philosophy but in a basic level. However, the subject was really easy to
understand thanks to my teacher. She included real life examples in every part of her speech.
As the course continue, I was more and more interested in philosophy . It was not only a
heavy-theory subject, philosophy addressed every part of our lives, our society and through
philosophy we know exactly how our world operates. Overall, the course was great but I got a
little sleepy in the final hour because of the teacher constant speech. I think It will be great if
my lecture can have some interact with students.

The interesting class I have ever joined was a mathematics class, when I was in a high school.
I started to love numbers and find the best way to solve any math assignments. I think my
logical ability was better than before. I did not feel scared whenever I had the math class. It is
true that after taking part in the class, I had not found math very difficult for me to learn and to
remember formula. It is my math teacher who inspired me how intersting the math was. I did
not forget what words she encourged to me. One of them made me the most memerable was
genius is 1% talent and 99% percent hard work. Moreover, I had a few very good friends who
helped me in my studies. That's why i really loved the class. In that days, not only teachers but
also friends were devoted to me, so I'm very grateful to them. It was really a great class and I
did not want to change anything.

The best class I took was an online Art lesson. It was about fundamentals of Graphic design.
The reason why I in love with class is because the teacher was a famous graphic designer, his
talent and experience really amazed me and I also had the opportunity to meet friends with the
same hobby. I thought the lesson would be boring because it included so many professional
things, however, the way he designed the powerpoint and how he shared his experience really
made the lesson lively.

Last year, as a first year student I felt I had a lot of free time. And i realized that I need
improve my English skills. So, both My roomate and me took a short course about upgrading
your english comunication skill. This is maybe the most memorable course that I've had.
Cause the first one, there's only 5-6 students in class but everyone was friendly, sociable and
studious. And the second, the teacher was very young. She's kind, smooth and she maybe
has personality like me. One more last reason is that, we had a lot of days to confide rather
than study language, so I felt more comfortable to attend. There only one thing I want to
change about that class. I wish the class last longer and longer. Because after finishing a
level, I have to take a higher level. That means I cannot study with that teacher anymore. It's a
little bit nostalgic for me now when I look back.

The most interesting class that I have ever joined is “Basic English 2” class. Because we
achieved B4 from VSTEP before so there was no pressure about point and test in this class.
Some said that “Basic English 2” was a boring course but in my point of view, it was a
knowledgeable course that provided me a world of new knowledge about pronounciation,
punctuation and some serious errors when writing English. Meanwhile, our teacher always
created chances for me to do teamwork so I could easily make friends in our first semester of
university and upgraded my teamwork skill. In conclusion, Basic English 2 is my favorite one
and hopefully I will not forget the knowledge that I have gained from this foundation course.

As a student, I have attended many classes in my life so far. However, the one that I was
impressed by most is my first English class back then in high school. When the teacher came
into class, some of our classmates laughed so hard at his bald head. They even made fun of
him and told that he could not teach us well. I thought the teacher noticed that but he didn’t
say a word about it. In the first minutes of the lessons, he did some introduction and interacted
with our class. Then, he told us about how he started with the teaching profession. He was
inspired by his late mother who also taught English at school and he wanted to be like his
mother one day. The way he told us his story was just so emotional that I still remember for
now. Afterwards, there were about 15 minutes left and we started to learn. We was again
impressed by his way of teaching. He always encouraged us to ask questions and together
discuss them during the classroom, which sometimes even turned into a debate. He made the
lesson become so interactive, fun and easy to understand. He had inspired many of us to not
give up on learning English and pushed us to become better every day. The teacher made his
class and himself unforgettable to me in my student life.

I think you will be surprisde when I said the most interesting class I have taken part in so far is
Shaping ballons class. I took this class when I was 13 or 14 years old. In summers when I was
in secondary school, I used to find some extracurricular activities to spend my time. I still
remember in that summer, I found this class and it was totally free. Moreover, I had no idea
about how to shape ballons so I want to try. Why I love this class is because it made my
summer more colorful. I know how to transform normal ballons to different shape like dogs,
flowers, sword, fruit, guns,...The teacher was so nice then, instructed us from the smallest
details. When I finished each lessons, I went home with my bike and full of ballons in my
busket, I felt proud with my achievement because when transforming the ballons, I was very
focus in my tasks and forget all about the stress from the academic lessons . One more thing
is that I made some special ballons for my cousins and he was into them. Maybe I forget how
to shape now because I no longer did that again but that class has transformed me to a new
me. I was quite shy and scared of the pop sound of ballons but after hearing it every week just
around my ears, I feel stronger and I can be confident to overcome my fear. I think this is an
interesting class and if there is anything I want to change about it, it will be "please open more
classes like this and longer for me to follow".

I would like to talk about the extra English class I attended when I was a high school student. I
had opportunities to develop my English skills, especially my grammar and vocabulary. The
teacher was extremely friendly and enthusiastic, which gave me a huge motivation to study. I
felt like experiencing a fascinating journey during the lessons. It was barely a simple lesson
but refreshing moments of learning English to me.

In summer holiday, whereas people tend to travel around in order to relax, enjoy or discover
something new, I would prefer to take part in a one-week course to at pagoda which is often
called “Khóa tu mùa hè” (sory i do not know how to say in English?). There are many courses
held within one week in many pagodas when it is come to summer, but I decided to choose
the course in Bai Dinh pagoda. I have joined this kind of class for three times, particularly
when I was in grade nine. Those courses are organized for children who are from ten to
eighteen years old as member (chúng sinh in vnese), those who are older can participate as
companions or mentor (huynh trưởng/phó in vnese). In this course, members will experience a
life like monks. To be more specific, they will eat vegetarian food; then meditating and
chanting every morning after waking up and evening before sleeping. Moreover, they also
participate in Dharma classes with the superior monks, the lessons are usually about causal
law, life skills and short moral stories. Besides, after those “serious” class we also have a lot of
outdoor activities so as to make friend and have mutual connections between strangers.
Because of the impact of covid19 pademic, the coursed have been put off for two years. When
everything is back to normal, the course is resumed, it will be a worth-taking course

After finishing my first year in Foreign Trade University, I am getting used to the environment.
Every teacher and every class are awesome to me, however, I am really interested in Basic
English 1 Class which I join in my first semester. It is taken on by Miss Le Thanh Thuy, our
head teacher with beaming smile. She is so young that I firstly think she is my classmate but I
quickly realize she is an energetic, cute teacher. The classmates- arranged by school- play an
important part to form the funny class from the very start- the introduction. They are all of
versatile talent and friendly so we quickly makes friend with each other. For the whole course,
we join many activities together such as group-discussion, games, extra-curriculum, tarot
watching, etc.. Probably that we are kept in the same class throughout the term makes us
familiar and interactive. The knowledge is engaged naturally because the teacher nearly let us
run the class. We also took some photos and posted it on our class’s Instagram Account. I
think every class gives me lessons but this is the one impressing me most.

My most memorable class was a handcrafting class. I have attended this class 3 years ago
and I still remember the joyful moment when I joined that class. That is an extracurricular
class, so there is no pressure from teacher or work. Students are allowed to study anything
they love, as long as it’s related to crafting. I chose to study sculpture in the first stage
because I thought creating anything I imagine is very cool. It’s took me a long time to get used
to the tools, but I could craft some easy model after that time. Although the result was not
good as I expected, I’ve found my passion in sculpture. Then in the rest of the class, I decided
to took part in embroidery. The reason I chose it was just I want to have an embroidered bear
on my bag.

I'm not really sure that what I'm going to tell you is the best class I've ever had. However I
can't forget this one. It was several years ago when I was a 16 years old girl. I was so fresh
and new to the world at that time, I loved exploring, doing a little bit of everything like a
wanderlust and I always tried my best to embrace every chance of being with inspiring people.
On a summer day, I was invited to join in a 1-day class called BLESSFUL with a trainer who is
the founder of my English Community. We went on a trip to explore a mountain, worked in
team to solve tough code and find the secret pointed place. Our team was the first to show up
at the place and that was wonderful. In the afternoon, it started to bucket down and we were
all sitting together in a circle and sharing our thoughts, our problems and getting response
from others. I found more aspects of life and of people's concern, we to some extent felt
sympathetic and felt the invisible connection between every single person. I had my own
lessons from that and got to know myself more. We ended with meditation in raining sounds
on the top of the mountain. That atmosphere was so artistic and great that I couldn't forget. If I
have chance, I will be eager to do so again. That 1-day class was an unforgettable experience
in my entire life.

Everyone has attended a class at least once in their lives, and they might be impressive by
some of the courses. It is the same for me. Last year, I participated in a Korean course and it
was the best class I have ever joined. Firstly, the class facilities were so modern with all kinds
of devices such as projector, tablets for students or the modern speaker system. Secondly, the
teacher and teaching assistants were all enthusiastic and inspirational. They always tried their
best to answer students' questions even when it was not in class time. And lastly, the
curriculum of the course was perfectly suitable for me because it enabled me to enhance all
skills of Korean easily. In conclusion, this Korean class was so great and I will always keep it
in my memory.

I’m not generally fond of the idea of learning in terms of theory so the most interesting class
for me is probably PE Course 1 in university. The first exciting point to me is the differences in
learning process between high school and university. It’s much stricter and organized in a
methodical way compared to how chill the PE classes were back then. Also, the course
content was far from what I expected as something like basketball, volleyball or badminton and
turned out to be aerobics. Though I have to admit it was hard to adapt at first, anything new
can be scary but fascinating at the same time. That’s why I truly enjoyed myself attending this
class.

I joined an advanced English class when I was in grade 6. It's called advanced but actually I
learned from basic. I still remember that class quiet clearly because I had widened my
knowledge thanks to this class. My teacher was so nice, gentle, and patient of course now he
is still nice😆😆😆 hmmmm to be honest, I like everything in that class so I don't want to
change anything. Simply, I just wanna tell you a story. Maybe this is free writing so can I be
free to talk? I had a good teacher when I was in grade 6 and now I have you, hehe 😆😆 I
really love you, we really like you❤️ I hope my writing will improve when I'm in your class

The class on "Japanese Tea Ceremony Culture" was the most impressive of all the classes I
took. Speaking of "Japanese Tea Ceremony," a well-known Japanese culture, the first thing
that comes to mind is that this subject requires a great deal of ingenuity and patience. We
practiced the 5-step: preparing the water, warming the tools, brewing tea, pouring tea, and
drinking tea. How to drink tea, in particular, is rigorously regulated. Before sipping tea, you
must place your hands on the floor, bow to everyone, respectfully raise the teacup, rotate it
three times clockwise, and then carefully drink. I've learned a lot about the people and culture
of Japan as a result of this lesson. On that amazing vacation, it left a deep impression.

There were many interesting classes that I have joined. However, the most interesting one
was the Speaking class. Firstly, my friends I met in Speaking class were extremely dynamic,
creative and confident. They motivated me a lot to practice speaking, pronouncing correctly
and presenting to get good marks. Moreover, they were also responsible teammates.
Whenever there was a group assignment, my friends and I would try to finish it together.
Secondly, the lecturer teaching the class is quite enthusiastic, caring and youthful. She gave
quite detailed instructions on the requirements of the subject. Thus, my class could
understand well and felt comfortable. Last but not least, Speaking was my favorite course. I
was able to train myself, express my opinion and improve my confidence in front of the crowd.
On the other hand, there was some points that I thought the teacher should adjust. She didn't
give bonus points to any groups that do well. I knew I shouldn't be demanding. It ,however,
made us a bit hard to get A and a bit bored when raising hands to answer because
competition is the root of development. After all, what impressed me the most was Speaking
course. I hope that when I join any group, I will have experiences like that.

For me, the most interesting class I have ever attended is the one in my high school. I enjoyed
this class because I love my friends and my main teacher. When we were in high school, we
went on a trip together every year and made many good memories. My teacher is really lovely,
she cares about every single member of my class even now when we are all in college. As you
may know, in high school I studied basic knowledge about physics, chemistry, biology, etc. I
was also taught things that are not in books like how to talk to each other and work in groups.
To me, this class is the most beautiful thing that ever happened in my youth so I don't want to
change anything about it.

In many classes that i have ever joined, the most interesting class is the English class when i
was a high school student. Partly because there were so many friends that i've known for
years. We are really close friends so it was easy for us to discuss about any issue that the
teacher assigned to us. Moreover, the relationship between students and teacher is really
friendly and it gives a nice ambiance to the class. We did a lot of interactive activities like
quizzes or games to make sure the class did not get boring. I've loved my English teacher until
now. She is the kindest teacher that I've ever known. Now, I' ve become a sophomore so
everything in my high school was just memory. I miss my teacher and friends so much

The most interesting class I have joined was making cakes. I took part in this class last
summer vacation and it brought a lot of intersting experience. There were 8 lessons which last
4 weeks. We learned and practiced making many kinds of cakes under the introduction of
teachers. I felt more relaxed and the environment in our class was very friendly. I always felt
excited to go for this class. The ingredients were well-prepared so we only went to class and
practiced. At first it quite difficult for me to follow the steps because I couldn’t remember the
name of ingredients. Luckily my teachers and my friends supported me a lot. Gradually I could
make cakes on my own. My first susseed cake is lemon loaf cake. When I showed it in front of
people, I was happy because they gave me nice compliments. At the second lesson of week,
we organized a contest which similar to Master Chef. It was really unforgettable. All of us tried
our best but at least we were happy and united. Making cakes gave me an opportunity to be
creative and improve my perseverance. I am happy that I attended this class. I not only learnt
how to make a cake but also made new friends who share interest.

It's been a long time since I found a class interesting and could really turn me on. Though that
course was in 2011, I still vividly remember every single thing about it as it were yesterday. It
was a crash course in summer called "Khoá tu mùa hè", organized by the Buddhist Sangha of
Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh city. As first, I cried a lot and seemed to be nervous almost about
everything. But everyone was so friendly that they helped me out and later on, I got on well
real quick. During my summer here, no academics were taught, just love and patience. I also
had a chance to meet my soul-mate, who I still keep in touch with up to now. Some might say
joining this kind of class is such a waste of time, but I recommend they should have a try, at
least once. If I had to change a thing, that would probably be my attitude at the beginning.

After completing the first year at Foreign Trade University, I found that every teacher and
classes are fantastic but I am particularly interested in Listening 1 course taken on by miss Le
Thanh Thuy. This course is half online but miss Thuy always kept us excited by a number of
stimulating activites during each period to enhance the interaction between the teacher and
student. Besides, she also provided us with a variety of opportunities to get bonus points so
that we all were able to make progress in both our grade and our listening skill. To sum up,
this class is the most meaningful class I have ever taken in

In summer 2019, I traveled to Malaysia with my mom on a four-day tour which was combined
with her field trip. I remember the last day when we visit an autism education center with which
my mom's company is associated. As I have an autistic little cousin, I had imagined how
chaotic that center would be with foods everywhere, toys were topsy-turvy on the floor, and
kids screaming put loud. When we entered a class of level 2 autism kids, who required
substantial support, it was not as chaotic as I imagine. The thing which shocked me was the
patience of all the teachers. They tried their best to teach the autistic child the alphabet,
although each letter took them a couple of weeks to remember and pronounce right. During
the lesson, some kids lost their focus and do some weird things like jumping or running around
the class. The teachers had to take him back by using a little bit of force such as: holding him
tight or hitting in their hands/feet to show the discipline of the class (but I swear that was not
violent, I can't find an adjective to describe that but they hit in a really light way). After that,
they gently explain to the child not to do that again. I cannot describe how patient they do that
over and over again without losing their tempers. If I were one of the teachers, I would quit
because of stress, my impatience, and honestly, I'm afraid that I will hit them :(

Honestly, the most interesting class i have ever joined is my basic English class in the first
year. That day was a day of winter, the weather was so cold, but i had to go to the class to
present about our group project. Most of the student was tired. I and my friends had to prepare
a presentation about pronounciation. The presentation was quite good, but the most
interesting part was our game. It was a game on Kahooh, the winner would have our present
(some snack) prepared by us. All the class was so exciting. We played and laughed together.
Both my classmate and teacher were so thrilled. In the end of the class, the winner shared the
snack to all of us. That is all about the thing i want to share, one of the most memmorable
class to me.
The class I found most compelling is a physics class I attended when I was a senior student at
my high school. The subject of that class is centrifugal force. Normally, we would just study in
our classroom. However, since our teacher – Mr. Trường Nghiêm - had prepared a special
performance for us, he told us to move to the schoolyard. In his performance, he carried a
bucket of water in his hands and started to spin the bucket in a vertical circle. We expected to
see a scene of water splattering everywhere. Yet, the water stayed in the bucket due to the
centrifugal force. To this day, I still get excited every time I retell that story of that class to my
friends.

In the last few days, I have joined an online Chinese class due to the Covid 19 and this lesson
made a good impression on me. Since I was a kid, there is always a passion of traveling all
over the world burning in my heart and this motivates me to acquire new languages. At first, I
was so sad because of just sitting in front of my laptop and interacting via the camera but it
turned out an acceptable challenge. The teacher is so kind-hearted, supportive and caring to
impart the knowledge and answer my questions right away. During the first lesson, she
explained to us the process of learning a language and how being involved in the culture of
the native country could serve as an effective way to immerse myself in a language. After that
two-hour meeting, I have inspired a lot by useful methods of studying, applying this brandnew
language in practice and my teacher's own experience in mastering Chinese as well. I learn
that basic elements such as vocabulary and grammar can be easily absorbed if I focus on
Chinese movies or China news about every aspect that I interest on the Internet, so in the long
run, my overall language skills can be considerably enhanced. As I know that learning a new
languge is a journey and Chinese is not the exception, I will try my bes to understand this
language.

When I was a child, I was taken to an extremely special class which is the most interesting
course I have ever joined. It was summer and I didn’t have to study at school, my mother
decided to register me for an extra class which is a life skills class for kids and teenagers from
6 to 18. The class provided me with a great deal of living skills such as: communicating,
problem-solving, decision-making skills,… When attending class, I was allowed to make
friends with many people even younger and older than me, participating in a huge amount of
activities to connect people. Teachers tell us many stories in life and showed us how to cope
with each circumstance. Then, we were able to practice all the skills we had learnt by
performing a play. Moreover, we could share about our dreams and teachers were willing to
give us many advices to achieve it. In conclusion, this class was an unforgettable class which
full of joyful memories I wouldn’t forget in my life.

I have attended so many lectures since I was a child. However, the literature supplementary
class being taught by my favourite teacher really made such a big impression on me that I
can’t forget. In that lecture, she didn’t only give us wonderful knowledge about literature, but
also showed us how to struggle with ups and downs, enjoy our life, and love it. Moreover, our
teacher has always made an effort to motivate us by telling jokes related to lectures if she
finds us falling asleep or being tired. Until now, sometimes I recall her fantastic class and for
me, her lectures are forever a great teacher.

When it comes to the most interesting class, the first class of freshman year immediately
springs up in my mind. It was the Microeconomics class. In the first day, the lecturer
introduced her personal blog to the class, in which she writes about her self-learning journey (I
find this very inspiring) and also gives us the references on the subject in the form of movies,
short clips and books. Upon exploring her blog, I found a lot of useful materials for my study
and nurtured my love for the subject. In the lectures, she always brought up both classic and
up-to-date examples to help us grasp better, and a lot of quizzes and minigames were
introduced so we could actively engage in the class. After this course, not only was I equipped
with a background on Economics but I was also motivated to self-study more in order to be a
better version of myself.

I have attended several classes , but one of the most exciting experience is studying online
Since the outbreak of Covid 19, students have to stay at home doing everything online ,
including taking classes, in general.I find this very helpful to get the assignments and study
materials that are needed for my course. I can work independently without having any of the
distractions , and I can also go back to review my lessons if need be. It is also much more
convenient because I am able to complete tasks anytime, day or night, from my own home
computer . This course has helped me get through this difficult subject. I had a hard time with
Macro Economic, but studying online gave me plenty of time to revise for the lessons with the
recordings, and i have gotten a much better understanding of these topics. One drawback of
studying online is that we can not communicate with the lecturer and classmates as efficient
as we do it offline , and staring at the screen for 5-6 hours a day makes my eye red and tired
as well .However we need to adapt with the situation and I'm glad that I still get to be in the
class even though the pandemic is spreading widely .

I've attended a lot of training courses during my academic year, and today I would share one
that I attended 4 years ago while I was in high school. The training session was on Advanced
Microsoft Office and presentation on PowerPoint. As a pre-college student, I had a great
interest in computing. Our school's career-development group organized the course, and they
had a strong reputation for running successful sessions and training programs. Several of my
classmates attended the course. Throughout the course, the instructors talked to us about a
variety of career-related issues, and their delivery of those topics was highly engaging. They
taught us many interesting facts and sometimes on jokes, and we couldn't stop ourselves from
laughing. The training part went well and was interesting as well because we have learned
many new things from it. The advanced office functionality they presented was amazing. I
never knew that those things were possible with the programs I already knew! Later on, the
PowerPoint presentation session went very well. I was so interested that I tried those lessons
with my computer at once.

The most exciting class I have ever attended is the basic computer-office course. I took the
course 6 months ago when I was a freshman. The first impressive thing to me is that the
subject is very hard. Although it is very tough at first, it is very handy when I master it.
Besides, I have never worked with “Microsoft office”, so after the first lesson I realized that I
really got a kick out of computer science. Additionally, my teacher is dramatically caring. She
teached me not only lessons in class but also meaningful stories about her life. I would say
that the computer-office course was my most interesting class. I was very happy to attend it
and learnt many important skills.

I love my math class the most. In high school, I would be happy to know that there was a math
class tomorrow morning. Cause I could enjoy another interesting 45 minutes during the class.
Rather than other classes, like history, art or literature, math could give me a lot of exercises
to do which I would not feel bored instead of sitting in the classroom hearing or just napping.
During math class, I love dealing with numbers, multiple choices or geometry and so on.
Another important thing I attain through the math class is to collaborate with other students to
solve a difficult question. It helped me form a teamwork sprite. My teachers are all people of
great patience and instructive characteristics. They told me not to quit when I failed again and
again. They give me a lot of confidence and discipline to study harder and better. For those
reasons, I think that math class is the most interesting class in my whole life. Unlike other
students, I would prefer to take 5 classes a day if it is my favorite class.

One of the most engaging and exciting class that I have attended was my Civil Education
class in grade 12. That year, I had the first experience of learning Law. Law has the reputation
of being dry and hard to take in so I did not know if I would like this class or not. However,
thanks to my teacher’s teaching style, I was able to learn the subject quite well. There were
also exercises that required me to apply what I have learnt, so I was able to remember the
knowledge faster. Later, I found out I really liked the subject and got extremely invested. This
has encouraged me to pursue a career in Law. Hopefully, I will be able to do so, starting with
applying for a second degree in International Trade Law here in FTU.

I am not what most people would call a studious person, I absolutely loathe studying and
putting effort in anything that does not interest me. I can still study if my life depends on it (and
it probably does since people put so much importance on degrees nowadays), but I rarely give
it my all. Therefore, the one class in high school in which I actually pay attention instead of
sitting half asleep has left quite the impact. This was a literature class, which is a subject that I
despise, not because I hate the subject itself (I actually loves reading) but because of how it
was taught. Literature is a form of art and therefore should have no right or wrong answer,
anything that can be said about a work of literature always depends on the perspective and
biases of the reader, and yet, in school, they teach us to follow what the text books told us to
do when we write analysis, to feel what the books told us to feel, and it squeezed all the
wonder out of any story. So, when I started this class I expected it to be one I would not enjoy,
and I was not completely wrong. The standardized tests were unavoidable, as they were
managed by the school system, and those are as boring and annoying as they can be.
However, what separated this class from the others was the teacher, while she had to at least
teach us how to pass the tests, she actually acknowledged that we are people with different
opinions and respected that, she encouraged us to voice those opinions instead of pushing
her view on us. Moreover, she tried to give us assignments that allowed more freedom like
presentations and even some art project (which I made an entire animated video for). My
grades for those are pretty high, which is fortunate because my test scores for the subject is
the lowest it’s ever been (strong opinions and tests don’t go well together), but regardless of
grades that was the most fun I have ever had with a subject.

The most interesting class I have ever joined is the English class taught by two foreign
volunteers in my high school. Back then my high school had a program which gave chance for
students to communicate with foreigners. Our class was taught by Sarah and Hannah, two
beautiful and adorable volunteers from America and Canada. They were so friendly and funny.
Everyone in our class love them. In class they taught us new English words, slangs and many
interesting story about their countries. Beside teaching, they also played many games with our
class. We even celebrated Halloween, Chrismast and Birthday parties. We had many funs and
good memories together. Even though they only taught us for one years but I will never forget
the knowledge and memories they gave us.

Among the classes I've attended until now, the most effective and interesting for me is IELTS
Ngoc Bach's Writing Course. In preparation for my IELTS Test, I signed up for this course with
an aim to get acquainted with the types of Writing in IELTS. And the course met my
expectations: Mr.Bach painted a complete picture of IELTS Writing, from the types of
questions to the methods of tackling each of them. It was a very useful class for beginners.
Ngoc Bach went into great details with common questions: such as charts, tables, graphs, etc.
but he skimmed over less prominent ones: maps, processes, etc. Additionally, I didn't learn
much from him when the course moved onto the Section 2 questions. Luckily, I managed to
get a band 7.0 for Writing in my IELTS Test. I don't think this course can get you from nothing
to 7.0 however. I, although was unfamiliar with IELTS Writing, had had my experience with
writing essays as an English Major Student at that time. What I needed from the course was
the teacher showing me how to implement my English into IELTS Writing and Ngoc Bach
succeeded in doing that. I do believe I can further improve my writing to a band 8 or band 9,
but it must be a more personalized course: a one-on-one class with a professional where
he/she can point out the tiny details that need refining in my writing.

The class that I find most interesting is actually not in school or any educational center, it may
not even be considered a class to many people. They are classes that I took when I was
traveling. Traveling to other parts of the country or foreign places help me to gain knowledge
of the different places and its people, moreover get to know about their culture and the
people’s lifestyle. In addition, while listening to the tour guide, I know lots of interesting things
about the place, then I can form my own opinion about the people there and learn something
from them. For example, the hospitality of locals encourages me to be nicer to others and
travel itself reminds me to treat myself nicely. When traveling abroad, I can see the difference
between my country’s people and others’s clearly and somehow figure out their good qualities.

When talking about an interesting class I immediately thought about a class that I attended in
my high-school year. In the summer when I was 15, I joined an English class in an English
teaching center and it was the most interesting class that I’ve ever had. The teacher’s name
was Micheal and he had such a refreshing way of teaching that it inspired me the love for the
language. He was firm by the rules, which were no Vietnamese within his teaching hour and
speak up our opinions however we wanted. Micheal also told us to call him by his name –
Mike and sometimes told us jokes. I vividly remember a memory of him hitting his face in the
doorsill because he walked in the room too fast. It was sad that the class had to end after a
month studying, but the memories are still fresh in my mind.

The most interesting class I have joined was my cooking class. This was my favorite class
from the academic classes. I joined this class because I I like cooking food. There was no
pressure from the teacher and work. We just had to cook with all our heart. I felt more excited
and relaxed when I was here. And of course, the environment in my class was very friendly.
Cooking a new dish is a challenge for me but I always felt excited to go for this class. I always
enjoyed this class but I had never missed any of the lectures of my regular classes. Because I
know that if I don’t concentrate on my studies I will not secure good marks. So, I always
maintained a balance between both the classes. In conclusion, I would say that cooking was
my most interesting class. I am happy that I attended this class. I learnt how to estimate the
right amount of spice and so on.
During my school time, I’ve attended many classes, few were quite boring except the one
which was very interesting and the most memorable. That is my Literature class in high
school. That class was guided by my favorite teacher, Mrs Hong Yen. She is a very friendly
and dedicated teacher who inspired me a lot with literature. In her class, we joined many
interesting minigames about the text, the author, and the meaning of stories. From class, I
could learn literature in a funny and different way. All activities helped us to remember the
knowledge better and use it more effectively in writing essays. In addition, my teacher has a
huge love for literature. Her class is always full of passion and beautiful words. She has
passed the love and motivation on to me, encouraged me very much in life. From that class, I
could learn about many famous authors, great poetries, about the hard but admirable life of
some characters. Also from that Literature class, I have a big interest about writing and
recognize the beauty of surounding lives. This’s all about my memorable class that I enjoyed
attending very much.

When I come to FTU, be a freshman, in the first time of my life, I can learn in a class with 100
students. It was a new challenge fot me to focus on lesson or teacher. I think the most
interesting class I have ever joined is the Macroeconomics class. That was my first class in
university and I remember my teacher said: "Just Study When You Can. The university life can
change you so much, you can be a shy boy, shy girl right now. But when you study for 1 or 2
months, you can see a different you". At that time, I was not a confident one, I confused about
my choice and scared this environment. My teacher is the Inspirator, she know what we need
at that time and she spended a lot of time to help us with "study style" in the unversity. She
taught us not only the knowledge, she also taught some skills we would need in first year. At
her class, I felt inspiration and more believe in my choice. Morever, I felt like I have a very big
support and become more confident when faced to my new problems. That was my first
experience in the university and I thinked it was the most meaningful class I have ever joined.

The most fascinating class that I has taken was extra math class when I was in high school.
Honestly, I was not really love math before or even had a fear in math test. Joining this class
helped me more confidences and knowledge to overcome my struggle. The teacher never
gave me any pressure, he knew my ability and the huge gaps in my knowledge of math.
Therefore, he could lead me in my own suitable way to improve my math skill significantly. In
this class, I actually did not feel stress or something like peer pressure, all classmates were
helpful and nice to me, that was why I perceived comfortable zone in there. I could perform
myself without any fear of doing wrong in front of everyone. Finally, my effort was worth. I got
highest mark in class and could touch in my university dream – Foreign Trade University. In
conclusion, extra math class is my best class ever. I am happy and grateful now when I has
studied how to patient solve issue and be believe in myself.

I have joined many classes since I was a little girl, because I enjoyed studying a lot. I have to
confess that some classes disappointed me, but I find most of them very interesting. Recently,
I have enrolled in a French class, in order to prepare for my second- term course in FTU.
There are only 6 people in the class, so it is easy for the teacher to focus on the mistake that
we made. At first, I thought studying with my teacher will be struggling, because he always
speaks in French and doesn’t explain what he said in Vietnamese or English. However, after a
few days, I got used to his method and now I can understand his lecture without using google.
I think this is the most interesting class that I have ever joined so far because the teacher
motivates me to study and he somehow makes me think that I am talented in learning
languages.
Last year, when i prepared for my first year at university. I worried alots about my speaking
and listening skill, that's why i joined a English communication course with my roomates and it
is the most interesting class that i have ever joined. I love it because of some reasons. firstly,
The enviroment in class made me feel quite comfortable, the teacher was very funny and
supportive. Secondly, That course had only 5-7 peoples, so i had many time to share my
ideas, check the homework and be closed with other members ... and finally, that english
center was near my house, I just came there only by 3 minutes and never be late. however,
nothing is perfect, and I really want to change the course fee. It was so expensive with only 20
lesson and we didn't have chance to talk with native speakers. in conclusion, although The
course has some disadvantages, My english skill have been improved alot, i also have many
good friends and experiences there.

Like all of other students, I have attended a large number of classes when studying. The fact
is that the most interesting class I have taken is usually about the subject you like or learn
well. Personally, I liked Biology class most. This was my favorite class from the regular
academic classes. I enjoyed this class because there was no pressure from the teacher.
Firstly, I thought Biology was hard and dull, but the way my teacher taught had inspired me a
lot. He is a humorous and patient teacher. He designed the lesson as lively as possible to help
us acknowledge it more easily. Moreover, another reason why I liked Biology is because I
used to want to become a doctor. I had an accident when I was grade 11, and I had to spend
one month in hospital. During this time, I was taken care of by doctors, so I really hoped to be
one of them. This experience made me try my best to learn Biology. The most memorable
class to me was the one in which our class was chosen to test a new method. My teacher
divided our class into teams and gave us tasks. We could move around class to find out
information. At the end of class, we played a game to revise knowledge. I really love Biology
although I did not choose it as my major.

In the past, I didn't have the chance to join in different types of class, but I think my Japanese
class in high school is the most fascinating. In that class, I learned Japanese basic words,
structures and did some exercises. Those in-class activities were not so different from most
classes, but I was really into the level of freedom that my teacher gave me at that time. It put
me at ease, and I felt more willing to learn. One thing I have always wanted to change is the
speed of learning. In that class, we learned pretty slowly because there were some students
who were not so serious with the learning, making the teacher having to teach them some
lessons again and again.

Studying is a long journey, in this journey I have to take part in several classes such as: Math,
English, Literature, Music, Art, etc to develop my skill and expand my knowledge. The most
fascinating class I have ever joined is the dancing class that I studied 5 years ago. At the first
lesson when I came to the class, I felt extremely nervous because I just like this subject but
did not have any talent for it. I'm afraid that I won't be able to keep up with the class. Yet, the
environment of this dancing class changed my mind. My teacher is particularly friendly and
always ready to help me whenever I meet difficulties. She is also the person who told me that
actually i have talent for dancing not like i thought. Furthermore, all of my friends in class are
friendly too, I can make friends with them right after the first class. There are some reasons
why I am really into it besides the people here. First of all, this class can help me keep fit
because at that time I was a little bit chubby. Secondly, I am addicted to music so dancing is
the way I may immerse myself in the music. Last but not least, this dancing class can help me
relax after a long studying day. After all the lessons I feel really comfortable and it makes me
have energy to complete all the tasks that teacher gave me. That’s all about the class I have
never forgotten in my life. If I have more freetime i will return to this class.

The most interesting class I have taken is a Reading 1 online class. This lesson was
memorabe because of teaching method, when we used an Internet-connected device and
learnt via slides. During this class, I got my questions answered directly while I was not
comfortable to ask questions in class for fear of being laughed. Moreover, online course made
me pay more attention to teacher because nobody was sitting next to me. I felt it absorbing
because it was my the first time I took part in an online lesson because of COVID-19
pandemic. I can communicate more with my teacher, which made me fascinated. I am happy
to attend this class.

The most interesting class I have taken was vocal music class. I participated in a singing
contest at that time so I had a chance to take that class. I enjoyed in this class because I love
to perform on stage. There was no pressure of teachers and work. I felt so excited because of
the friendly and positive enviroment. The mentor and classmates in course were so
impressive, it is also where I developed a strong network of supporters, companions in my
future. When I was 17, this was the first course that challenged me, asking me to think outside
my comfort zones. In conclusion, this course helped me learnt to be patient and the most
important that how to perform confidently and fearlessly in front of crowd. I am happy that I
attended this class.

The most interesting class? I would probably say the meditaion class. Persionally, I was not
into meditation at all. Other than sitting stil and clear my thought, I didn’t have any idea about
what meditation really was. But once in a summer holiday, my mother decided to register a
meditation class for me at a pagoda. At first, I get to make aquantaince with new friends and
the monks, we served ourselves a nice vegetarian meal to detoxify our body and the monks as
invited guess gave us lectures. The rules was quite strick and the lectures were not too
interesting but what really hit me were the monks’ sotries. I got to learnt about their emotional
background stories, about the reason why they choose to be a monk. Other than that,
experiencing the life in the pagoda was really good way to calm myself, I got to learn how to
think more thoroughly and be more altruistic. The course was a very nice and peacefull time to
rest a soul. I would highly recommend taking a meditation class.

The most interesting class that I have ever attended is English class in a center. I firstly
impressed by my dedicated teacher who has clear and attractive teaching approach. This
helps me to acquire more knowledge and use it in the right way. Besides, I make a lot of
friends from different universities in Ha Noi who are really appeal to me due to their sense of
humour. we comfortablely interact with each other in class without any pressure from work.
Aslo, we talk about our dreams and play some games related to our class to improve
vocabulary. I'm always excited whenever I can learn in this class. Sometimes I think that it's
true when some people say "everyday going to school is a happy day".

At the first year of the university, I learnt many subjects like: Microeconomics, reading 1,
listening 1, speaking 1... Each subject has it own interesting features. However, the class that
left the most impression on me was Reading 1. At first, I thought this subject was really boring
as it only read and read, but after many weeks I had changed my mind. During this class, I
learnt many useful skills. For instance, I knew how to find the main idea sentences, the topic of
the paragraphs. Moreover, I also learnt how to work effectively in a group. I really like this
class because of the enthusiasm of the lecturer. Secondly, the method the lecturer use was
very exciting, that made students feel more comfortable. Thirdly, I had a great team work, we
supported each other when some one had any difficulties. I didn't want to change anything
about this class, I just wanted to change myself at that time, I would participate in discussion
activities more actively. By the way, I'm not sure you still remember me as I didn't talk much in
Reading 1 Class, but I was really impressed by your enthusiasm and teaching method.

I enrolled in one of the most amazing IELTS class this time last year. There, I met a very
dedicated teacher that turned me into a fully confident individual when it comes to IELTS tests.
I managed to enhance my four skills significantly and get pretty good marks. I loved the class
so much for the competitiveness as there were many talented students there that show me
how good I could be with practicing. Additionally, they also helped me to improve my skills by
telling me about how they overcame their obstacles. Currently, I don't think there is anything in
that class that need changing. Honestly, I really want to come back to the class once more if
my schedule allows me to.

After I had finished my first year final exams, I attended a free Ielts class organized by
ieltsonlinetests.com. It can be the most interesting class I have ever joined. This class lasted
10 days and had around 20 people of all ages. In this class we were taught all skills in an Ielts
test : Listening, speaking, reading and writing. The teacher was very nice and enthusiastic and
our classmates were so friendly. In each lesson, the teacher divided us into groups to work
together and share our ideas. That helped me make lots of friends who have the same
passion for English. We also got very useful study materials. After that class, I felt my English
skills have been impoved a lot. And I became more confident to speak English more. This can
be a pretty useful trial course. It helped me to trust and register for a long-term ielts course in
the future.

When I was in my last year of high school, I joined a trial class at Fulbright University that I
found to be the most interesting class I have ever taken in my life. The class was about
economics and what attracted me the most was that class was taught completely in English.
At that time, my listening and speaking skills were approximately zero, but the teacher used
super simple words that I could understand almost the lesson. He also gave a range of
examples and exercises that really made me dive into the lesson as well as give me
inspiration to pursue an economics university in the future. That was the reason why I chose
FTU although my dream was Fulbright because of financial burden. I hope that in the future I
will have more opportunities to try amazing classes like this.

In my opinion, every class both is informative, knowledgeable for learners. But to say that it’s
interesting and engaging to attract students, it depends on how and what the teacher teaches.
During the time studying in the university until now, I am impressed the most with the class of
Reading 1 taught by Mrs Hoa . She is always punctual and has tremendous unique method to
impart to students. Not only does she want to share and teach the knowledge, but she also
uses many tools to help students show their own emotions or feelings with selections in the
textbook like padlet or so on. To avoid being boring or tedious in the class, she uses the apps
like kahoot or some short exercises to revise and help them to have insight into the lessons.
That inspires me in her active and creative teaching style and I can apply them to my work
now and in the future.
At school, when students talk about History, most of them will say “ oh, that’s the most boring
lesson I have ever known” but for me, I really love history and the most interesting class I have
attended is the first history lesson when I was in grade 10. At that time, the history teacher
showed a short video about Viet Nam Battles. Unlike many teachers, they just take the
textbook and read then the students just write down on their book. That really makes the
lesson more and more boring and passive. Instead of doing that, my teacher decided to
change the teaching method by giving to us a summary of history video, with more images,
voices, detailed numbers. It really works. All of us found very interested in this video and when
it ended, we had a game that makes the lesson so lively then ever. Not only did we have fun
when we are playing game but we could learn the lesson more rapidly as well.

Before the fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, I had a wonderful chance to take a fashion
history class, which was a one-to-one class led by Ms. Bach Phung. With my endless interest
in fashion, in general, and for clothing history, in specific, I was impatiently excited for the
course; luckily, it was finished before the social distancing since the beginning of May. In her
class, a vast amount of Asian clothing history was taught, along with an insignificant volume of
Western fashion history was added. To specify, I had the opportunity to deeply understand the
unbreakable link between Sinosphere countries, which amazingly illustrated the massive
influence of golden Chinese dynasties on Vietnamese clothes. Even though being dominated
for over a thousand years, Vietnamese seniors still managed to bring unique marks of our
culture onto the clothes, as a reminder to youngsters to preserve Vietnamese long-lasting
traditions. To sum up, thanks to this class, I can enhance my patriotism, as well as to have
motivation for future plans.

When I was the freshman, I had the chance to participate in Reading 1 class and was taught
by Ms. Hoa. Firstly, I was so shocked and overwhelmed because your teaching style was so
different from any other styles that I learnt in the past. You let us to be more active, to join in
class by so many different games. And I didn’t enjoy this at first. But later maybe because of
this reason, I didn’t feel asleep and understood thoroughly about the lesson. Finally,
personally I think you don’t have to change the way that you teach because thanks to this
style, whenever I didn’t have enough sleep last night, I can have the interest to study
immediately.

The classes that I find interesting are usually classes on topics that interest me such as
culture, cinema, biology, etc. Basically those classes provide me with the knowledge that I
have interest. I see you follow Mr Vu English class page and I also had the opportunity to join
one of his classes. His class blowed off my mind and I don't know how to describe how it
changed me. Unfortunately, I did not absorb all the knowledge in that course. I think one of the
reasons why his class is so interesting is because he pointed out that English is not a subject
English is life

The most interesting class I have taken was Japanese class. I enjoyed in this class because I
like Japan and their language. There was no pressure of teacher and lessons. I felt more
relaxed and the environment in our class was very friendly. It developed my skills in many
ways. I am happy that I attended this class. I learnt a lot of new knowledge and the most
important that how to speak confidently and fearlessly. I love it so much

Well, I would like to share with you my pleasant experience I had when I took part in an
English class at my high school. It was when my regular English teacher was sick and she
could not go to school to teach us that day. Therefore, the pricipal sent a substitute teacher to
our class. His name is Long, who delivered a fantastic lecture about how he thinks films and
music have a great impact on people’s language ability. Although it was a grammar lesson, he
spent almost all the time explaining and sharing with us about the way how he improved his
English and was able to speak like a native person. In his opinion, films and music can serve
as an effective way to immerse yourself in a language and absorb vocabulary more easily. I
enjoyed this lesson so much because I find this method to be particularly effective for me. I
always felt unmotivated when learning by traditional methods and my results were never up to
my expectations. But when I tried learning English watching my favourite movies and listening
to my best loved songs, my English got better and better. Only in a short time, I was able to
remember thousands of new words and write some complicated essays.

For me, the most interesting class that I have studied is the Chinese class I joined in grade 10.
I always have an interest in learning new languages and Chinese is a great choice for me at
that time. The language has some parts which are similar to my mother tongue language –
Vietnamese, like the tone or the pronunciation of some words. The class consists of 20
lessons about the basics of Chinese, the teacher taught me some simple Chinese vocabulary
and phrases to communicate in daily life. After I finish the course, I can understand some
Chinese daily life words and know how to speak some familiar topics. The teaching method in
the course is easy to understand, although now I have forgotten Chinese a little bit, I would
love to learn that class again.

I am enjoy baking with the smell of cake in the oven or see when cake rise during baking is a
wonderful, and relaxing moment. I had tried to bake many different types of dessert; however;
I did not succeed with the decorating stage so I decided to enroll in class teaching about
decorating. My first impression is that the teacher was such a kind person and she has
welcomed me into the class with a big warm smile. In that class, I have learned about the
whole process of making a cake from preparing a sponge to how to whip the frosting and use
it to make decorating flowers. At first, it was really hard for me to learn how to pipe the flower
beautifully since I am a left-handed person. However, the teacher carefully held my hand to
show me how to do it right. In the end, I was able to finish a delightful cake and learned some
special techniques, caution when baking and decorating.

So far, I have been in many classes in my freshman's year, they are all a pleasing experience.
But to me, the most intersting class I have ever joined must be Mr Vinh's Logics class. In my
opinion, an interesting class must contain two factors which are dynamic teacher and
engaging student. Mr Vinh clearly is a dynamic teacher, he uses many freshing way to impart
information about course. I still remember the time when I answered his question of listing 100
words mean "death" in Vietnamese. Or one time, he explained us why people wish "Mẹ tròn,
Con vuông" and even more. Thank to his dynamic and funny way of teaching, most of
students seem to be very engaging in his course. Sadly, I didn't get A score after the final
exam. In spite of being a sophomore, I still want to studyng teachers who have funny way of
teaching.

My most interesting class I have ever joined is comunication class that I attended when i just
enter the university . I come from mountainous are in Lao cai ; therefore, I have difficulty in
communication in English . I signed for a l communication course so as that I could keep up
with you guys. Every day I communicate with teachers and friends which create a relaxing
asmosphere, so my voice is also improved and I am more confident in communication.
Last semester, i have ever joined speaking 1 class - the most interesting one until now. From
at the beginning of becoming a first - year student, this is the only class I impressive and
intersesting. In speaking 1 class, i have ever learned to know how to speak English fluently
and improve my skill effectively. Before this class, I am really bad at speaking and always feel
inconfident to speak English in front of everyone. Because my accent is not natural, does not
like native accent, and even I am usually lack of ideas. At the first lesson, looking at my
classmates who speak fluently, I am full of anxious and disapponited. However, my teacher -
Miss Hang seem know what I was thinking, she quickly confide with class that: "You need to
be confident and practice hard, you can speak English". This is a thoughtful quote which
encourage me to try my best. Throughout the course, I can improve my English skill gradually
and more and more passion for English. Although my English is not still excellent like
everyone, I am very impressive by the speaking 1 class. If i have a chance to change
something about the class, I wish all lesson of course could study offline instead of online
learning. Fortunately, I get a chance to continue study in Miss Hang' class in this semester.

The guitar class is the one I've found to be the most intriguing of all the ones I've taken. That
was the time I was about ten or eleven years old, my younger cousin came to my house and
invited me to attend a guitar class. I was initially concerned, but I eventually decided to take
the course. I believe this is the correct option. We had two classes every week. Every lesson
is a new experience for me. I made a lot of friends in class that was not just my age but even
older than me. We always spoke about how we could enhance our guitar talents. As a result,
we improved our guitar skills day by day. During breaks, we sometimes order appetizers,
snacks, or candies. That was the most fascinating lesson I have ever taken. If the opportunity
to attend this guitar lesson arises again, there is no question that I will take advantage of it.

Concerning about all courses that I have taken ever since I first received education, I don’t
have much impression on classes at school. In this case, I want to mention a course that I
took outside school a year ago, which was about how to create a professional presentation by
using Microsoft Powerpoint. I paid for the centre and received good experience at that time.
The tutor is a witty person and gains a lot of achievements during his career. We got very
sincere feedback about our projects and assignments after class and they even provided us
with authorized tools as a gift. Even though I don’t use those skills that much now, I still can
improve other technological skills because I had the foundation right after taking that course.

The most interesting class I have ever taken was cooking class. I would say that's quite an
interesing and new experience to me because I don't have many chances to go to the class
which is not related to academic lessons. I attended that class last year with my sister. I learnt
some skills to be "a good cook" in the family, about how to choose and preserve the
ingredients, spices for our dishes, how to make some daily dishes look more appetite and
make some traditional dishes which are quite complicated. The very first reason why I'm
impressed by this class I think is because It's quite different from other courses I have
attended. There is no pressure here, really relaxing, no deadlines . Moreover, it's very useful
for our real life and I'm more confident when asked to cook for others. There is one thing I
want to change is to lengthen this course. It only had 10 periods so it's not enough for me, I
think so. Anyway, I'll still list it as an item in the sheet of my favourite classes.

Out of all the subjects I’ve joined, Microeconomics has been the most memorable. To begin, it
was the first subject I studied at university, so I was quite excited for this, and it didn’t let me
down. Attending class on a regular basis, I was exposed to new concepts in economics such
as opportunity cost, demand, supply, and the determinants of these two and found my new
interest in economics. This course was empowering me through the hard days of having no
friends in university. In addition, I passed with flying colors, achieving 10.0 overall, and got my
first ever scholarship in my schooling year. Plus, the timetable was not as tight as these days,
so I became less frightened of university and made new friends. In short, Macroeconomics
brought me numerous opportunities and memories, so I hope I’ll embark on these kinds of
subjects in the future.

Like other students, I have many memories in high school, and the 12th grade chemistry class
is the class I will remember forever. That day, we had a practice lesson "Properties,
preparation of metals, corrosion of metals". After finishing the theory part, the teacher gave us
tools to practice. This is a pretty dangerous experiment, because we have to work with acids.
The teacher said that the group that finished the fastest and most accurately would get bonus
points, so we were all excited. When we were conducting an experiment, suddenly one of our
group members accidentally broke the thermometer. She was about to use a broom to clean
up when the teacher saw it and stopped her. She said mercury if not handled properly can be
very dangerous. She told us to use rubber gloves to pick up the mercury in a zip bag, and then
sprinkle sulfur powder on the floor where small pieces of mercury remained. After the
treatment was completed, the class proceeded to conduct the experiment as usual. For me, it
was an extremely memorable and rewarding lesson.

I'm very excited to share with you about my Microecomics class. This is the best class I have
ever attended. First impression, the lecturer is very beautiful and nice. She is a enthusiastic
teacher who has tremendous knowledge about each ingredient and demonstrates it so
perfectly that it will be easy to understand. Moreover, I'm really into this class because I like
math. I passionately do all the microeconomics exercises. In this subject, I study about many
fields of economic: the consumption, supply and demand of household; types of market... I'm
quite good at this subject and I get grade A at the end. That's all my best class I've ever
attended, yaaa!

I would say that the most interesting class i have ever attended was the Speaking class with
Mr. Clark when i was still a high school student. It all started back in around 2017, when my
mom insisted me on studying for the Ielts test in an English centre called Ames. From what i
remember, i was extremely nervous when i first went there because i was not used to
speaking with a foreigner face-to-face. Not only that, it was also an one-on-one class, which
means there would be only the two of us in the classroom. In the beginning, i basically just sat
there and listened to Mr. Clark's daily stories, like he would tell me what he did every single
day living in Vietnam. Overtime, i suddenly felt like he was probably one of the most relatable
people that i have ever met, someone that you can truly be friends with. After that, i became a
lot more talkative and started talking about my hobbies, my music taste, and even shared
some opinions on a number of social issues. It was a lot of fun, i noticed that i was not scared
of speaking in English anymore, which seemed like a miracle to me. He even bought me a
deck of cards made in the U.S after his trip back to his hometown because he knew i was into
performing magic tricks at that time. I do not think i will be able to thank him enough for his
enthusiasm and dedication. He is basically everything that i look for in a teacher and in a
friend. You can tell a class is good if you are thoroughly motivated and feel yourself improving
day by day. That is my opinion on an interesting class, thank you for reading.
The pandemic forced most of my first-year classes to go online, yet it was a blessing that I
start to concentrate on learning and found my Reading class interesting. I have always felt that
Reading, the subject that I feared the most, would be incredibly tedious and dry. Nevertheless,
I had to change my mind because my lecturer is a very creative person. She had always been
looking for ways to refresh the class by checking attendance and giving exercises on Quizizz,
Liveworksheet,... and promote the connection among students through team presentation
task. Especially, she posses impressive and profound knowledge of critical thinking. She also
helps us improve my writing skills through assigning us to write reflections and regularly giving
comments on our writings every week. Besides, she also introduced us many useful
references for learning and entertainment, sometimes a good book or a piece of music. Her
enthusiasm made me feel extremely fond of studying in this class.

My first year at Foreign Trade University began with many interesting classes, but indeed, the
best class I have ever joined is Speaking 1 with the guidance of Mrs. Minh Hang. In this class,
I learned many useful skills, such as brainstorming ideas, designing the presentation, how to
work in a group effectively, especially speaking skill at the basic level. When I studied in high
school, my teacher only paid attention to grammar; thus, I did not have many opportunities to
speak in English. Thanks to this class, I had more chances to improve my speaking skill. In
every lesson, I not only practiced more and more with my partner, with my team and also had
the chance to show my opinion to the teacher as well as my classmates. In addition, I had the
presentation diary to take note everything I have learned from others. Moreover, to prepare for
the final exam, I had to work in a team to present a subject. For me, that was an unforgettable
experience in which I have more best friends to share everything. If I could change something
in this class, that would be the time to practice as “Practice makes perfect”.

When I was 5 years old, my mother sent me to a piano class. I still remember that feeling
included excitement but also nervousness. I was excited because I loved arts and classical
music. There are two main reasons why I have a deep memory about that piano course.
Firstly, my piano teacher had an imaginative approach to different compositions. She drew
imaginary pictures vividly for each composition which helped me to put myself in the
compositors’ shoes. Moreover, my teacher was harsh when it came to my carelessness. I was
always rush and cut corners to accomplish the compositions; therefore, I didn’t practice those
pieces of art deliberately. She was the first person who taught me the importance and absolute
necessity of paying attention to every detail of the compositions. At the end of the day, I
realized that, the piano class played an important role in my personal growth.
