3 Have you identified the category of inspection to be carried out based on previous inspection?

4 Have you checked the Adequate dismantling to access all critical areas for CAT III as per OEM Manual?

5 Have you checked the Adequate dismantling to access all critical areas for CAT IV as per OEM Manual?

6 Have you checked for any Visual Cracks, loose fits or connections & elongation?

7 Have you checked for any Signs of wear, corrosion, over loading & evidence of unauthorized field welding?

8 Have you checked for any Potential dropped objects or damaged missing retention devices?

9 Have you checked for the Missing components, deterioration & Lubrication?

Magnetic Particle Inspection


1 Have you verified the surface to confirm adequate paint and foreign material removal?

2 Have you taken the photo as evidence of proper surface preparation?
