Urinalysis Result Form

A urinalysis was performed on a 58-year-old female patient named Aurelia P. Diaz. The urinalysis showed dark yellow, turbid urine with a pH of 6, specific gravity of 1.030, trace glucose, + protein, trace blood, moderate leukocytes, positive nitrite, and normal urobilinogen. Microscopic examination found +++ epithelial cells, 10 white blood cells per high power field, and 2 red blood cells per high power field. The urinalysis results were reviewed by a medical technologist and pathologist.
