Business process outsourcing is a business practice in which an organization
contracts with an external service provider to perform an essential business task.
BPO has its roots in the manufacturing industry.The primary goal is to cut costs,
free up time, and focus on core aspects of the business. The two types of BPO are
front office and back office. Business process outsourcing is the act of outsourcing
some aspect of your business's operations to a third-party vendor or service
provider. A BPO call center is a team of outsourced agents who handle incoming
and outgoing customer calls for other businesses. There are different kinds of task
which should be handled by the Provider. Such as providing assistance to the
clients through different sources like Chat support, Email Support and Call
Support. In the current scenario this industry has grown and cover many areas and
creating thousands of jobs to the community. As a student of marketing we can
understand that the satisfaction of customer is how much important for a company
so that's why companies hired a third party to handle their work and fulfill the
customer needs to the best. There BPO companies helps them to retain their
existing customers and also encourage to attract new customers. There are
different types of services that offers by BPO such as Live chat support. Live chat
agents are the digital counterparts of salespeople standing along shop aisles,
asking customers if they need any help in selecting items, Analytics, Call center
services, Social media services. BPO offers several benefits, such as lower costs,
global expansion, and higher efficiency, while some of the drawbacks include
security issues, hidden costs, and overdependence.

The four Ps of marketing product, price, place, promotion are often referred to as
the marketing mix. These are the key elements involved in marketing a good or
service, and they interact significantly with each other. Considering all of these
elements is one way to approach a holistic marketing strategy.
Product
Price
Price is the cost consumers pay for a product. TransData must link the price to the
product's real and perceived value, but they also must consider supply costs, seasonal
discounts, and competitors' prices.
Place
TransData makes decisions regarding place, they are trying to determine where they
sell a product and how to deliver the product to the market. Currently they are
offering their product through online channels.
Promotion
Promotion includes advertising, public relations, and promotional strategy. The goal
of TransData is to promoting a product is to reveal to consumers why they need it
and why they should pay a certain price for it.

TransData have a proper structure starting from posting an ad of a job to the selection
of right person for the right job.It includes conducting an official interview from
management side. They follow the process of hiring employees among the shortlisted
candidates and providing them a job in the organization.
In order to make new employees more known to the company the TransData hired a
team of Trainers that provides training to the newly selected staff and tell them about
the working of the company. This process occurs just after the selection of candidates.

culture and customer review.

STP marketing focuses on commercial effectiveness, selecting the most valuable
segments for a business and then developing a marketing mix and product positioning
strategy for each segment. TransData targets their customer with specific services.
Marketing mix model helps TransData to quantifies the impact of marketing strategies
across traditional and digital media based on an organization's past media
investments. The paradigm shift in the Online marketing landscape has had a
significant impact on the promotional strategies of BPO companies..
SWOT Analysis
For BPO companies SWOT analysis helps to identifies and assesses the strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats an organization faces. A SWOT analysis of the
TransData industry illustrates to upper management what the industry is excelling in,
what improvements need to be made, where growth is possible and what preemptive
measures need to be taken to protect shareholder or company value.
Strengths
The strength of this company is that they have comparative advantage over its
competitors because they have good organization structure and providing high
quality services on comparatively low costs. They also have advantage of good
search engine optimization at search engines.
Weaknesses
Weakness of this company is that the salary system is not as goos as their
competitors. Many employees seeking to switch the job just because of low salary
package and no fix date of salary.
Opportunities
The opportunity for this company is to get more and more projects by doing
online marketing. In the current scenaio many companies are still looking to hire a
BPO company and it is the moment to grab more business by making clever moves.
Threats
The strong part of competitors are actually the threat for a company. By keeping this
mind this company tries to overcome the drawbacks.

After the completion of SWOT analysis the following are the recommendations of the
company.
* They should make a proper way of appraising employees such as annually or semi-
annually increment in salaries, It helps them to retain their employees.
* Government should regulate the BPO industry because these are the leading

residents.
