we receive a clearance certificate from you.

We undertake that in the event of the employee’s resignation or termination during the tenure of
his loan, we shall notify the Bank immediately and then pay the final dues accruing to him to the
credit of his own account with you, after deducting any amounts due to us.

This letter is issued at the request of the employee and does not constitute any form of guarantee
or financial obligation on behalf of the company for the above-mentioned employee.
