Art/Poster Making Competition Rules:

Theme: National Sports Day

The following are the rules for entering the ASCE Online Art/Poster
Making Competition. It is important to read the rules and procedures
before submitting work to us.

Please follow the Theme of competition. This is critical. If you have


questions regarding the theme and its interpretation, contact us at
[email protected]. We will help you with the application process.

Please read and be sure you understand thoroughly the ASCE


Art Competition procedures for participating in our monthly
art competition.

Art Competition:

• Entries must follow the competition theme.

• Competition is open to all 2 and 3-dimensional artists.

• Competition is open to amateur and professional artists.

• Photography & Digital Arts are included as well as video too.

• Images/Videos may only be entered.


• Participants needs to make a Timelapse Video of their art work while

working to confirm he/she only one doing. No one is helping him/her.

• Participants need to upload their art work on provided Platform.

• Files must be in JPG/PNG format or video.

• Files may not exceed 3MB.

• Experimental and mixed techniques are welcome.

• Participants need to upload their only one best art creativity.

Poster Making Competition:

• Entries must follow the competition theme.

• Posters must be in Tabloid Format.

• Files may not exceed 3MB.

• Files must be in PDF format.

Important Note: Once participant will fill up the registration

form, he/she will be added to the separate competition group

for the further details and instructions.

Entry Fee: Free Free Free!!!

Criteria For Judging:

The artwork submitted to our competitions will be judged based on the

following elements of artistic expression:

• Interpretation and the clarity of the theme to the viewer.


• Creativity and originality of the depicted theme.

• Quality of artistic composition and overall design based on the theme.

Overall impression of the art. What is the effect of the artwork in general

and as a whole? Overall, does the artwork stand on its own as a complete

and outstanding work of art?

AWARDS:

Three winning artists will be selected for the Overall Category. There will

be Special Recognition Certifications for each Participants.
