essential protective equipment, under no
circumstances will you be able to compete
without one.
2. All cyclists start the race together in a "peloton".
3. You must not push another rider in the race.
4. The rider and the bicycle must cross the finish line together.
5. Runners can receive technical assistance during an emergency for example an
injury or a broken noematic
6. At the Olympics, the distance is 241.5 km for men and 141 km for women.
7. During the road race, refreshment or refreshment stations are allowed in the
surroundings with food and drink for the athletes.
8. Keeping a distance and always driving to the
right is essential.
9. Always pass other cyclists on the left so that
you can avoid distraction from other cyclists
and have a collision.
10. One of the most important rules is not to use
headphones or music playback devices.

Herbie Goes Bananas (1980). It stars Lindsay Lohan and Michael Keaton.
this movie is produced by Disney.
Movie starts when Maggie Peyton just graduated from sports journalism
and her father wants to give her a car. Maggie chooses Herbie, an old
Volkswagen who thinks for himself, and decides to compete in the
NASCAR class. Maggie's dad doesn't want her to be a runner because she
was similar to her mom and he had to take care of her but he accepted
that she participates in the race and She won.
In my opinion Herbie is a movie that can be seen as a family and it is very
funny, this one has many amazing scenes for racing fans. I recommend
seeing it.
