CONTRACTOR shall include all works necessary for the proper completion of the project ready for efficient operation The documents forming the Contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory of one another and shall be read as a whole. Anything ‘mentioned in the Scope of Work and not shown in the Drawings, or shown in the Drawings not mentioned in the Scope of Work, shall be of like effect as if shown or mentioned in both. CONTRACTOR shall promptly refer any conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency of information between the documents to the SAUD!
