Text that has a JUSTIFY ALIGNMENT must be typed so that there are enough words to cause a word
wrap to occur. When there are multiple lines of word wrap occurring, it is easier to see how to justify
feature works. Traditional word of processing maintained a justify look to paragraphs. In justified text,
words spread out the spaces between words so that all words can align at the left and right margin.

It is fun to play with TYPEFACES and TYPESIZES. This text is


typed with 12 pt. Courier New. It is recommended that you use a
readable size ranging from 9 to 12.

This type of font is 16 pt. ARIAL!

This is written in Comic Sans MS at 20 pt.

Times New Roman is the font used to do this


text at 24 pt.
You can experiment on more fonts offered by MS- Word '97.

This text is printed in BOLD!


This text is printed in ITALICS!

Resume Writing
Guide the recruiter to the conclusion that you are the best candidate for the job you are
applying for. It’s actually very simple. Tailor your resume by selecting wording that best fits
for the job you are aiming. Then, highlight your accomplishments. This way, you can
position yourself in the best way to get hired. Your resume’ should include the following
parts:

 Your name and contact information. Insert your recent ID picture (scanned) in your
resume.
 Your work objectives
 Your educational background, work experiences (if any), trainings and seminars
attended
 Prepare your list of character references as well
