JOB SUMMARY OF HR MANAGER:


HR managers are specifically do jobs to hire new employees. They act like a bridge between
employee and executives. Basically from interviewing to hiring process all this is done by an HR
department. They also discuss conflicts between employees and develop career and positive
policies and always helpful towards all the colleagues of organization. They also review the
wage of employee and try to maintain discipline at work place.

JOB SUMMARY OF HR COMPLIANCE MANAGER:

HR compliance manager maintain legal obligations including duty of care and to adhere laws
and regulations of an organization. They monitor all the standardized work and are responsible in
providing guideline in all the matters of compliance. Basically compliance managers perform
audits and also design control system and help in designing company policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF HR MANAGER:

 A human resource manager has two primary functions which they have to perform i.e.
overseeing department functions and managing employees.
 They must have capability of making strong decisions in critical situations and must have
good communication skills.
 They are responsible for the accomplishment of strategic goals of an organization and
they are responsible to maintain Equal Employee Opportunity (EEO)
 HR managers are responsible to provide directions about compensation and benefits give
to employees. They set standard about rewards and compensation i.e. what are the
standards to evaluate performance of employees. To set criteria of giving compensation is
the function of HR manager.
 To organize orientation of new employees and to provide training to employees for the
sake of improvement of skills is the basic function of HR manager. They examine
employee performance to identify which employee needs training in which criteria.
 Another function of HR managers is to recruit and select the right candidate according to
the requirement of organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF HR COMPLIANCE MANAGER:


 The basic function of HR compliance manager is to enforcing about rules and regulations
must follow in an organization and to provide guidelines about compliance matter of
organization.
 They are responsible to make each employee diary on daily bases to ensure that each
employee follow organization’s policy.
 Whenever any HR compliance laws are change, HR compliance manager provides
education to their employee about new laws and rules.
 Another essential function of HR compliance manager to investigate on any work related
illness if it occurs and to provide recommendations about new action plan so that
organization will overcome in uncertain condition.
 The primary function of HR compliance manager is to check background of candidate i.e.
criminal history of any employee should not be hire.
 To provide health care safety to all employees is the essential function of HR compliance
manager i.e. telling their employees about how to protect themselves in any case of
mishap and to provide leave of absence to employees in case of any illness.

JOB SPECIFICATION OF HR MANAGER:

 The HR manager has several job specifications to do in an organization. They are


excellent in evaluating that which candidate will be best fit in the particular department.
 They do all the hiring process from recruitment to selecting employee. They also discuss
and negotiate the salary of employee.
 They describe all the policies of organization that how can any employee get promotion
and what are the benefits that company provides to their employees.
 They also explain the job description to employee. They conduct meeting with new
employees and analyze are they satisfy with the territory and environment of the
company.
 They check the performance of an employee and maintain the records and increase
productivity in the organization.
 They plan training sessions for employees and plan appraisal of employee and always
council and appreciate their employees.

 HR compliance manager plan those activities that will meet the standards of organization.
They resolve all the issues of compliance and are problem solver of the organization.
 They are responsible for the preparation and delivery of communication based on
compliance and to conduct training of employees.
 They are responsible that company should follow all the regulations an all aspects and
ensure that an organization adheres to legal standards and obligations.
 They oversee and monitor all the control system and deal with the violations of legal
guidelines
 They conduct programs to maintain and improve compliance environment and develop
ethical employment standards followed by the law and regulation of an organization.
