Housing Choice Voucher- Homeless Preference
Assists families &
individuals experiencing
homelessness by adding
them to the HCV waitlist.
Clients must recertify as
homeless every 120 days
while on the waitlist.
Please be aware there
is more than one local
agency that administers
an HCV program. Each agency is independently
administered; so, if you applied with an agency other than
the Catholic Charities, please contact that agency with
application updates or questions regarding the process.
Emergency Solutions Grant Funds
ESG funds focuses on helping individuals and families
experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness to quickly
regain stability and obtain permanent housing.

• All cases MUST meet the AMI income requirements


• Complete Habitability Housing Standard Inspection
• Complete VI-SPDAT & CESA Assessment
C.E.R.A. (COVID Emergency Rental Assistance)

The Program provides RENTERS with rental and utility
assistance for eligible households who have been affected
by the COVID pandemic.
