Instructions to candidates:

1. Create a folder on your desktop with your hall ticket number.


2. Create sub files word, excel, power point and access with your hall ticket numbers.

Time: 30 Minutes Marks 50


PART A (MS WORD) 15 MARKS

Earth

1. Adjust the paper size as A4.


2. Adjust the margin as 0.5 from all sides.
3. Enter the heading as Earth and adjust the style as Book Antiqa, size as
20 and apply Intense Quote style.
4. Apply outside border for the paragraph and increase the thickness upto
4½.
5.
6. Enter the text as it is with font style as Century Gothic and font size as
14.
7. Use bold, double underline and italic as per the requirement.
8. Use Justify alignment.
9. Increase the indent for 1st line of each paragraph.
10. Use drop cap for first paragraph and adjust it to 2 lines only.
11. Enter star symbols in the end.

PART B (EXCEL) MARKS 10

Prepare the below stock list and apply the formulae as required.

Instructions:
1. Use the Algirian Text Style for 1st, 2nd and last row use center
alignment.
2. Use merge option for 1st row.

1. Use Aharoni text style and align center.


2. Use the formulae for STATUS field whether the tickets are avail or not.
3. Adjust the column width to 16.
Example:

Display avail message if anyone either bus, train or flight tickets are available.

Display NOTAVAIL only when all the tickets are not available.

PART C (POWER POINT) MARKS 10

1. Prepare 2 slides and apply any design for both slides.


2. Apply wipe animation for 1st slide.
3. Insert any picture in the 2nd slide and apply picture animation.

PART D (MS ACCESS) MARKS 10

1. Create and save the database as STOCK Details using below fields.
