policy of The Land Policy has been notified by MoHUA vide S.O. 5220 (E) dated
11.10.2018. DDA invites suggestions for naming of envisaged Land Pooling
delhi-2018 Zones K-I, L, N, P-II & J to give identity to each zone. Any person having
suggestions on naming of zones may submit through any of the following
options within a period of 15 days from the date of publication:

ü LANDOWNERS WITH ANY
SIZE OF LANDHOLDING MAY
COME FOR POOLING.

ü SIMPLIFIED ONLINE
REGISTRATION PROCESS.
NO LAND TO BE
SURRENDERED AT THIS STAGE

ü AFTER 70% OF CONTIGUOUS LAND OF


A SECTOR IS POOLED, DDA WILL INTIMATE
CONSTITUENT LAND OWNERS TO FORM A
CONSORTIUM.
ü DDA WILL INITIATE THE PLANNING
PROCESS OF SUCH SECTORS
IMMEDIATELY.
ü 60 % OF POOLED LAND SHALL BE DEVELOPED BY
DEVELOPER ENTITY (DE)/ CONSORTIUM.
ü 40% OF THE LAND SURRENDERED TO DDA/ SERVICE
PROVIDER AGENCY WILL BE DEVELOPED TO
ACCOMMODATE FACILITIES LIKE INTEGRATED ROAD
NETWORK, PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS, SPORTS
COMPLEXES AND STADIUMS, EFFICIENT WASTE
M A N AG E M E N T, E X H I B I T I O N C E N T E R S , S M A RT
SEWERAGE SYSTEM, BLUE-GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE.
ü INTEGRATION OF SMART CITY CONCEPTS LEADING TO
HIGHER RETURNS & SPECIAL PROVISION FOR EWS
HOUSING.

Present Status:
ü Registration under land pooling policy has already
started through Land Pooling Web Portal on DDA website.
ü More than 1100 landowners have already registered.
ü Above 1000 Ha of land is already registered under the
scheme.
