the facilitator.

2. Using the same Super Typhoon Noy scenario from Assignment 2, identify at
least three (3) Essential Elements of Information (EEIs) that you need to
share with/ disseminate per stakeholder. Remember the assumption that you
are managing the Mindan City EOC:

 Incident Management Team
 General public

Put your responses in page 2.

3. Once accomplished, save the file using the filename template <Group
Number>_<Assignment Number> (example: Group 1_Assignment 3).

4. Submit assignment via Training Information Management System (IMS).

Deadline is not later than 1600H of this day.
