 The above quotation has been based on specific flights & hotels. In case the flights and/or hotel rooms are not available as specified above
the alternate options will be suggested. The incremental difference in cost is payable extra, if at all.
 SIC means Shared In Coach, which means it is a shared transfer with other travellers.
 Voucher releases after full payment and within 48 hrs of scheduled departure from India.

emergency or reason(s) leading to cancellation of travel.
 Some hotels require cash deposit / credit card verification upon check in for miscellaneous charges other than inclusions that is paid for. If the
guest has not made use of any additional services or Minibar, or there is no damage to the property cash deposit will be returned upon check
out and credit card verification will be cancelled.

 Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will
be arranged in such circumstances.
 Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative
service with similar options, however, based on its availability & feasibility.
