Two Way Slab Distributed Load

This document provides calculations for the design of a two-way reinforced concrete slab with a distributed load. It first checks that the slab is two-way based on ratios of span dimensions. It then calculates the slab thickness, minimum and maximum steel ratios, effective depth, slab weight, design criteria, required steel area and spacing, and spacing of temperature reinforcement bars. Design requirements for steel spacing and reinforcement are checked against code criteria. Load calculations are also provided for dead and live loads applied to the slab as trapezoidal and triangular distributions.
