2021
Our classes have become recordings, our
outings reduced to video calls and the time
we would have otherwise used to create
memories is wasted keeping up with social
media. But even amidst all this change, the
traditions of NITC have survived. The awe of
Tathva, the story of Ragam, the cawing of
the crows, and the exploits of the clubs.

With an entire academic year gone, it's time

to invite some fresh faces to take charge.

executives, the club strives to serve its
purpose of bringing out the very best in each
of its members while creating some of the
most memorable moments for the rest of
the campus. Over the years, through various
segments, the club has empowered its

The tech and trivia and the official quizzing

club of NITC. Conducts quizzes and
interactive sessions on a vast range of
topics. Our annual quizzing events include
Qflix, Enquire Rewind, and Kryptex. We also
conduct quizzes during our college's much
esteemed annual cultural and technical
fests, “Ragam” and “Tathva”, hosting
quizzers from different parts of the country.
Apart from the annual events the club hosts
occasional quizzes and presents
infotainment in different ways possible.
Despite being a quiz club we look to present
knowledge, facts, and insights in the most
innovative and newest way possible. We are
looking for passionate quizzers, designers,
content witters, and event organizers, and
the inquisitive nature to explore and execute

Forum for Dance and Dramatics, a.k.a Dnd,

is a vibrant and upbeat cultural club of NITC.
We are a group of creatives that put together
ideas and experiences which will bring out
your original self, but with 10x energy. From
organizing popular events like Danza and
Buzzerkill, which has been an indelible part
of the NITC experience, to hosting Happy
Week, a getaway from the hectic online
schedules, DnD has always made sure
students have an escape from the workload

 of engineering life, be it offline or online.
Rhapsody '21, the grand online event
conducted for the first years witnessed
exciting events like Monke-See Monke-Do,
Meme Me Outside, and the fun-packed Roll
the DnDice online board game. When we're
not working our brains off, we have game
nights and vibing sessions, just to chill and
talk about anything and everything. These
are a few of the many things that make us
DnD.

P.S. Most of us don't even know how to

break a move on the dance floor. So no,
we're not just about "dance" and "dramatics".

Formed in 2017 by a group of passionate

youths with a deep sense of social justice,
Human Values Group, NITC has been at the
forefront of driving positive change in
society through many highly successful
campaigns and social events. Despite the
achievements, it is the memories and close
friendships that HVGians always cherish, for
without those, our dreams wouldn't have
become a reality.

Here's what we do:

•Conduct social service events like blood
donations, cleanliness drives,charity drives
etc.
•Conduct workshops and talk shows to raise
awareness about social issues
•Host free educational workshops on
important life skills
•Empower women and minorities
•Challenge harmful stereotypes existing in
society
•Conduct fun-filled events to foster
community and harmony

the vibes, hosting iconic events like Carpe
Diem (a chill evening of open-mics held
every month), Rang De Basanti (NITC’s most-
awaited Holi celebration), Cult-Week (an
exhilarating weekend of cultural events) etc.

ICA’s legacy of putting a smile on people’s

faces never dwindled even in the midst of a
pandemic. Always pushing the boundaries of
creative freedom, ICA has consistently come
up with unique events and content. Apart
from creating an original video series called
Colossal Chaos, we also focus on providing
opportunities for people to showcase their
various talents through online platforms like
KALAA, Chord, Retroscape and many more.

The Indian Society for Technical Education

(ISTE) is a non-profit organisation with
chapters located all over the country. As the
NITC chapter, we are a techno-management
club which stands for excellence,
collaboration and team spirit.

With events like Spectrum, JEEnius, Newton

Speaks, and several others, we’ve traversed
from Hyperloop to the Simpsons, held mock
entrance tests for students free of cost, and
even organised a hackathon in collaboration
with other ISTEs, focusing on COVID relief
measures. We have also conducted some
exciting events as part of Rhapsody and
Tech Week.
Our exclusive blog, ‘Techquila’ is a treasure
trove of stories, articles and other exciting
content that we curate specially for those
who are curious about learning and
discovering new topics and ideas.

In the past year, IPF contributed significantly

to its purpose as an establishment. We
hosted the NITCMUN and MUN training
program (in collaboration with the London

Literary and Debating Club (LnD) has played
an integral role in raising the voice of the
NITC community against age-old social
norms. Popularly known for creatively
highlighting relevant social issues, the club
is home to well-curated written and artistic
content. Intending to foster creative means
of expression, LnD serves as a platform to
grow in a safe and collaborative atmosphere
while retaining one’s individuality. Our
various initiatives such as the NITConnect
IGTV Series and Blog, Humans of NITC, Book
Club, Shogun N Elle, School Debutante, Page
Turners, Mind Platter, Conclave, and the well-
revered CrowTalks serve as a testimony of
our consistent efforts to connect students
