It examines each stock's parabolic SAR, ADX, RSI, MACD, MFI, CCI, Williams, and Bollinger band values to determine whether the trend is bullish or bearish. Based on the indicators, most stocks are recommended to be sold short-term due to being in a negative trend or overbought condition, while a few are recommended to buy or hold due to being in a positive trend. In conclusion, the Parabolic SAR indicator is used to identify uptrends when price is above the SAR price.

“Report on Buy and Sell recommendation of 10 stocks through

indicators”

Introduction

Parabolic SAR
The parabolic SAR is a technical indicator used to determine the price direction of an asset, as well as
draw attention to when the price direction is changing. Also known as the "stop and reversal system. This
indicator appears as a series of dots placed either above or below the price bars. A dot below the price is
deemed to be a bullish signal and a dot above the price is used to illustrate that the bears are in control
and that the momentum
ADX
The average directional index (ADX) is used to determine when the price is trending strongly. ADX is
used to quantify trend strength. ADX calculations are based on a moving average of price range
expansion over a given period of time. ADX can be used on any trading vehicle such as stocks, mutual
funds, exchange-traded funds and futures. ADX is plotted as a single line with values ranging from a low
of zero to a high of 100.
RSI
The relative strength index (RSI) is a momentum indicator used in technical analysis that measures the
magnitude of recent price changes to evaluate overbought or oversold conditions in the price of a stock or
other asset. The RSI is displayed as an oscillator and can have a reading from 0 to 100. The RSI provides
technical traders with signals about bullish and bearish price momentum, and it is often plotted beneath
the graph of an asset’s price. An asset is usually considered overbought when the RSI is above 75% and
oversold when it is below 25%.
MACD
Moving average convergence divergence (MACD) is a trend-following momentum indicator that shows
the relationship between two moving averages of a security’s price. The result of that calculation is the
MACD line. A nine-day EMA of the MACD called the "signal line," is then plotted on top of the MACD
line, which can function as a trigger for buy and sell signals.
CCI
The CCI is primarily used for spotting new trends, watching for overbought and oversold levels, and
spotting weakness in trends when the indicator diverges with price. When the CCI moves from negative
or near-zero territory to above 100, that may indicate the price is starting a new uptrend.
Williams
The Williams %R – also known as the Williams Percentage Range – is a momentum indicator that some
traders use to find entry and exit points for their positions. It uses 0 to -100 as its values, with 0 being
used to represent an overbought market, and -100 being used to represent an oversold market.

Bollinger Bands

Bollinger bands help determine whether prices are high or low on a relative basis. They are used in pairs,
both upper and lower bands and in conjunction with a moving average. Further, the pair of bands is not
intended to be used on its own. Use the pair to confirm signals given with other indicators.
