1. Define Advocate as per the Advocate’s Act, 1961. Discuss about the different types of Legal

3. Rohit was appearing as an advocate for X in a case involving the partition of certain family
property between X and his brother, Y. Y produced a marriage certificate of Rohit with Z,
sister of X and Y which was critical to the case. The certificate contained photographs of the
advocate, Rohit, and his wife Z. Y then filed an application to have Rohit barred from the
case, claiming that Rohit was a material witness in the case, since he could be called upon
to prove the dispute between X and Y. Can Rohit be disbarred from the case? Answer with
relevant provisions
