SUMMARY
The following is a proposal about rehabilitation and cleaning the river in
Brgy. Antipolo del Sur, Lipa City. The goal is to reduce waste in our surroundings
and give some knowledge about protecting Mother Earth.
The project “Wipe Out Pollution Before It Wipes You Out: Cleaning the
River And Giving Knowledge To The Residents of Brgy. Antipolo del Sur, Lipa
City Through Seminar ” is intended to be the solution to one of the biggest
problem in the barangay. The beneficiaries of the project are the resident near the
river of Brgy. Antipolo del Sur, Lipa City. The objective of the project is to
provide awareness of how much we are wasting every day. It deals with different
programs that raise awareness in different aspects, from a clean-up drive activity,
into the fundraising scenario and lastly the tree planting, all of which are
connected. The project will be executed on the first day of April 2021.
The proposed project will be monitored and will also be influenced by the
project's proponent. The proponent will collect data about the progress and success
of the project through an online Google Form survey to be lead with the indicators
or beneficiaries of the project. There will be a Google Meet to observe if there are
changes that occurred in the project. This is to measure the effectiveness and
efficiency of the project.

 OBJECTIVES

“Wipe Out Pollution Before It Wipes You Out: Cleaning the River And
Giving Knowledge To The Residents of Brgy. Antipolo del Sur, Lipa City
Through Seminar ” aims to raise environmental awareness in the residents of the
barangay. This project will promote waste reduction, recycling, and reuse and
create public awareness of waste management and environmental concerns. Also,
it will help reduce greenhouse gases and fight climate change; improving the
quality of the natural environment. Most importantly, this project is formed to set
one’s mind on the well-being of future generations.

A. BENEFICIARIES
OF THE PROJECT
The beneficiaries of this project are the residents of Brgy. Antipolo del Sur,
Lipa City, Batangas. The direct beneficiaries are the residents in Purok 6,
especially the residents who are near the river. The rest of the residents are the
indirect beneficiaries since they will also benefit from this project. The project is
expected to further boost the living situation of the residents of Brgy. Antipolo del
Sur, Lipa City, Batangas.

B. PROPONENT

I am John Carlo O. Magsino and I am one of the proponents of this project.

I am a first-year student of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major
in Human Resource Management at Batangas State University (Lipa City
Campus). This project proposal is a requirement for the completion of our NSTP
121 subject.
As the proponent of this project, I have the capabilities to drive this project.
I can manage time and prioritize tasks. I also maximize my productivity and
minimize distractions in several key project areas. In this project, I had analyzed
the problem in detail to uncover any variables that may help identify the root of the
issue. Also, I can oversee the implementation of the solution and adjust to meet
any complications.

C. TIMELINE

The implementation of the project will start in April 2021. The timeline of
the project is shown below. This provides an in-depth overview of the entire
project from start to finish. You can see when a task starts and when it’s due—and
importantly, whether or not it’s dependent on another task

MONITORING AND
EVALUATION
A monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan is a document that helps to track
and assess the results of the interventions throughout the life of a program. It is a
living document that should be referred to and updated on a regular basis. While
the specifics of each program’s M&E plan will look different, they should all
follow the same basic structure and include the same key elements.
This section can be used to demonstrate that program efforts have had a
measurable impact on expected outcomes and have been implemented effectively.
It will measure the progress and results of Project “Wipe Out Pollution Before It
Wipes You Out: Cleaning the River And Giving Knowledge To The Residents of
Brgy. Antipolo del Sur, Lipa City Through Seminar.” It will collect data about the
progress and success of the project through an online Google Form survey to be
lead with the indicators or beneficiaries of the project. This section will be
analyzed and evaluate to be able to determine if the main objective of the project
was attained or not. Also, to observe if there are changes that occurred in the
project, I will conduct a Google Meet for the participants. The monitoring and
evaluating will be done at any online platform. This is to ensure the safety of the
people that are involved in the project amid this pandemic. The proposed project
will be monitored and will also be influenced by the project's proponent.

 This project will be accomplished with the help of everyone. The following
questions were provided to be answered by selected residents of Brgy. Antipolo del
Sur, Lipa City, Batangas.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

In the present world of competition, there is a race of existence in which

those are having the will to come forward succeed. Project is like a bridge between
theoretical and practical working. First of all, I would like to thank the supreme
power, the Almighty God, who is the one that always guided me to work on the
right path of life. Without his grace, this project could not become a reality. Next
to him are my parents whom I am greatly indebted to for me brought up with love
and encouragement to this stage. I am feeling oblige in taking the opportunity to
sincerely thanks Mr. Luisito T. Nario (Instructor, NSTP). I am also thankful to the
Brgy. Councilor, Mr. Noel G. Bathan, and some Barangay Officials and most
especially to the City Government of Lipa for helping me to possibly made this
project. At last but not least, I am thankful to all my relatives and friends who have
been always helping and encouraging me throughout the year. I have no valuable
words to express my thanks, but my heart is still full of the favors received from

Level Up"

The project "Community Betterment And Enhancement 2021: Together

We Level Up" was held last May 4, 2021, in a recorded conference and Facebook
Live. It was successfully executed with the great effort and cooperation of the
proponents and participants of the said program. The participants of the event came
from HRMGT-1201 students of Batangas State University with our honorable
instructor- Mr. Luisito T. Nario. Upon reviewing the provided post-evaluation, we,
the proponents have noticed that the average age of the respondents is ranging
from 18-20 years old. We are thankful for those people who became part of our
first-ever event and bring one of the greatest successes that our team will ever
have. Reading and viewing the feedback of the respondents gave us the courage to
continue and be better for future projects.
