2. Ghost in the Graveyard

 This game has a lot of different rule variations. It was a favorite in my neighborhood growing up. Whoever was the ghost
would hide while the rest of the children counted from 1 o’clock to midnight. The kids would then link arms and walk
around the house chanting “Star light, star bright, hope I see a ghost tonight” until the ghost popped out. At that point, it
is a straight game of tag. The ghost has to try to tag someone before they make it back to safety. The first person
tagged or the last to safety is the next ghost.

Thursday:

1. Battle of the Air Bands

 Divide your group into teams of about 3 or 4 people and have them choose which team member will be a singer,
guitarist, drummer, etc. Allow the teams ample time to rehearse and perform a song of their choice (work-friendly of
course). And if you have time, you can even have the teams dress up or bring props. Select a group to judge the
teams and choose a winner.

2. Beat Master

The Leader begins an action such as snapping fingers, patting the tummy, or slapping knees, and everyone in the circle imitates the
Leader. 
 The guesser returns and tries to figure out who the leader is with in three guesses. As the guesser looks around, the Leader should
change the action without being detected.

 Mr. Fox starts out at one end of a field, room, or designated area with his back to the group. The group at the other end then
yells out �What time is it Mr. Fox? � Mr. Fox then calls out a time that is on the even hour (1 o'clock - 12 o'clock). The
group then takes that many steps. When the group gets to where the fox is, but not past him, and asks the time, the fox can
yell "Midnight!" They then turn and chase the group. Those that he catches are to sit out. The last one left becomes the fox.
A variation is to allow each child who is tagged to become an honorary fox and help catch people.

4. Otters and Clams

 Set up a flat playing area with boundaries big enough for the entire group to run in without causing injury. 
 Choose three players to be otters. The rest of the players are clams. Tell the otters to count to 20 and then they start to chase after
the clams. 
 When one of the otters tags a clam the clam becomes frozen and shouts "Help the clam!" They remain frozen until 2 people stand
around the clam joining hands and say "Free the clams!" This unfreezes the person and they are back in the game. 

 Note: The otters cannot tag players who are unfreezing another player. That being said, players cannot stand with their arms linked
around another player waiting because they do not want to be tagged. Game play must continue quickly.Play until everyone is
tagged and frozen or if it looks like everyone needs a break!
