Good day!
I am Katherine Herza Cobing and I would like to apply as Administrative Assistant V
for the Office of the Regional Prosecutor VI.
I am 29 years old, single, a resident of Brgy. Damgo, E. B. Magalona, Negros
Occidental and graduated Cum Laude when I took my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology on
2015 from the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos. Last 2018, I have earned my
Bachelor of Laws degree from the same institution.
Attached with this letter is my resume, transcript of records, diploma and in lieu of my
civil service eligibility, I have attached a copy of my Certificate of Board Rating from the
Professional Regulation Commission when I took the Licensure Exam for Criminologists last
2015 for your perusal.
I worked with the Philippine National Police as an Administrative Assistant I (Non-
Uniformed Personnel) with a Salary Grade 7 for six years. Despite my salary grade, I was
assigned to various posts and was exposed to various tasks with the Public Information
Office of Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO), Office of the Provincial
Director of NOCPPO and with the Investigation, Detection and Management Unit (IDMU) of
Talisay City Police Station dealing mostly with communication, reports and research.
However, I am hopeful for other avenues to maximize my potential while saving enough
resources for my next Bar Exam.
My five years in Law School, with the opportunity to have worked under several
commands in the Philippine National Police, have surely contributed to my career and
professionalism which I am all willing to offer the National Prosecution Service, if granted the
opportunity to work with the Office of the Regional Prosecutor.
