Dear Parent / Guardian (Std. XI)

THE FOLLOWING POINTS ARE TO BE NOTED BY THE PARENTS OF STD. XI:
1) There will be only one Examination (Final) for Std. XI in the session 2020 – 21.
2) The Final Examination will commence from 13th January’21 to 25th January’21.
3) Std. XI will follow the council provided Reduced Syllabi.
4) All Question Papers of the Final Examination for Std. XI will be sent to the students, all subjects at a time,
through the Skooltree App., two days before the examination begins.
5) The Final Examination will be held at home under the supervision of the parents. Therefore, the parents are
requested to invigilate the examination of their wards sincerely.
6) Students must write their Name, Class, Section, Roll Number, and Subject on the answer script of individual
subject papers.
7) The parents are requested to bundle up all the answer scripts, put a label on top of the bundle having the Name,
Class, Section, Roll Number of their ward and submit the labelled bundle at school between 27th January’21 and
30th January’21 (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
8) The dates given for submission of the answer script bundles must be adhered to strictly. If any parent fails to
submit the answer script bundle within the dates given, no answer script bundle will be accepted after the given
dates.
9) There will be Practical Practice of Physics / Chemistry /Biology & Computer Science & Practical Examination of
Physics / Chemistry /Biology & Computer Science for Std. XI.
