One accident happen at 11:00PM  in Terex area as a


Welder/Grinder
1)One accident happened at 02.50 pm in the terex feeder frame line.
During grinding operation performed in side plate hole Dia 130mm at
the time grinding wheel stucked on welding hole build up & slipped on
the operator right leg knee. He got cut injury & first aid given
immediately with 2 stiches

1)Mode of grinding  operation changed by the operator

2)Side plate small dia(130mm) in this case AG5 grinding wheel has
been used without guard.

1)Grinding operators certify with safety department

2)Without Guard Grinding machine is not entitled to operate

1)Materials to be kept above the station for Doing the Grinding


process.
2)Before accepting the job , the previous stage and scope of work
operation to be ensured
