WHAT IS IT: Importance of Good Nutrition
Most people know good nutrition and physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight.
But the benefits of good nutrition go beyond weight. Good nutrition can help:
Reduce the risk of some diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers
and osteoporosis.
Reduce high blood pressure
Lower high cholesterol
Improve your well-being
Improve your ability to fight off illness
Improve your ability to recover from illness or injury
Increase your energy

1. What is the role of physical activity in your life?
- I have learned that health related fitness have a good impact in a person's body and health.
This is primarily associated with disease prevention and functional health. Participating in
regular health-related fitness helps you control your weight, prevents diseases and illness,
improves mood, boosts energy and promotes better sleep.

- After I have performed the stunts I felt okay and energized. There were a little amount
of sweat and I felt my heart beats faster than my usual when at rest.
