- I think being physically fit and healthy is important because it helps


to fight off diseases and can free from illnesses as well as strengthen
the ability of a person to do strenuous physical or sports activities
without getting tired easily.

Most people know good nutrition and physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight.
But the benefits of good nutrition go beyond weight. Good nutrition can help:
 Reduce the risk of some diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers
and osteoporosis.
 Reduce high blood pressure
 Lower high cholesterol
 Improve your well-being
 Improve your ability to fight off illness
 Improve your ability to recover from illness or injury
 Increase your energy

- The role of physical activity in my life is to permit my body systems to


function properly with alertness and energy.

3. I have learned that health related fitness exercises have?

- I have learned that health related fitness have a good impact in a person's body and health.
This is primarily associated with disease prevention and functional health. Participating in
regular health-related fitness helps you control your weight, prevents diseases and illness,
improves mood, boosts energy and promotes better sleep.

- After I have performed the stunts I felt okay and energized. There were a little amount
of sweat and I felt my heart beats faster than my usual when at rest.

2. As a student what do you think the benefits of participating in physical activity. Can you cite at least

- As a student, I think the benefits of participating in physical activities can lead me to a


healthy body and can cope for more demands of effort likewise to become stronger
