Early Results: Customer Behaviour
A stable, loyal customer base, who are quite happy
• Re-use: about 70% (2 out of 3) are frequent customers and use the app regularly.
• First Conclusions
• Modernises shopping, but more individual
• Matching perfectly with the need for efficient and functional shopping
• Not a 100% match with a ‘traditional’ SPAR customer who prefer personal contact
